Where levels are elevated above limit or target values (see EU air quality standards), Member States should prepare an air quality plan or programme to address the sources responsible to ensure compliance and to keep exceedance periods as short as possible. In addition, information on air quality should be disseminated to the public. Level(s) is an assessment and reporting framework that provides a common language for sustainability performance of buildings. In rivers, lakes and marine waters, nitrogen and other nutrients, in particular phosphorus, stimulate the growth of algae. At moderate levels, algae serve as food for aquatic organisms, including fish. However, excessive nutrient concentration in water systems will cause algae to grow excessively. Annex II of the Directive describes the common EU methods for calculating exposure to different noise levels. These methods comprise a set of formulas and coefficients to be used to calculate noise levels at the façade of the buildings. The common methods were adopted through a revision of Annex II in 2015, and improved further in 2020. Level(s) uses core sustainability indicators to measure carbon, materials, water, health, comfort and climate change impacts throughout a building’s full life cycle. On the RoHS 2 review. The Commission carried out a review of the 2011/65/EU RoHS Directive. Two studies supported the review process: the first study, published in March 2021, gathered data on the question whether the Directive is still fit for purpose. Every level up with Tosok costs the same in this range. You can choose to use TP or STP medals to level up.
TP Medals:
Each level costs 240 TP Medals, for a total of 4,800 TP medals. Expert Mission 16 (SSGSS Vegeta) gives you 16 TP medals. This means you would have to defeat Vegeta 300 times to get that many TP medals. This number will be reduced by the amount of experience earned through clearing the mission and can be reduced event further by equipping the super souls "My hobbies are reading and sports!" (x3 experience) or "40 ton weights!" (x2 experience). If anyone knows the exact math, please comment below and I'll update the post.
STP Medals:
Each level costs 120 STP Medals, for a total of 2,400 STP medals. In order to purchase this many STP medals, you will need to spend $30. Obviously you can reduce this price by earning STP medals through other means.

Hi all,
I have graduated recently from a masters degree, and would like to take up a part/full time job as service staff in Horeca. I'm doing it as I would like to earn some money and have something to do, as a break from the intensity of my study, and the following work life (architecture). I am mainly looking for a job in a cafe, and have been going from place to place dropping off my CV, but I really don't get any replies, its very demotivating.
I dont really have experience, but how hard can it be. I wonder if anyone has any tips, or know of places where its easier to get a job.

Reading the posts in here makes me feel so seen and I wish none of us had to struggle with this debilitating issue. People who don’t have eczema don’t get how bad it can be on your mental health. That being said, just wanted to share some things I’ve found to help helpful with my eczema from someone who has struggled badly - Organic Beef tallow!!!! Also Organic castor oil (make sure you’re buying one in a dark glass bottle (dark glass bottles keep the product at best and tends to be high quality product) I recommend heritage store brand! Icing my under eye eczema helps itching and swelling when it’s really bad (only do it for a short amount of time). Buy an air purifier if you can (have that sucker running at least in your bedroom as often as possible during a flare up). Make sure you’re also dusting as often as possible! If you’re really desperate - during a flare up, cutting out dairy eggs and gluten (can gradually eat it again once the flare up goes away). Only moisturizer I use is La Roche posay lipikar AP triple moisturizering cream.

I'm 32,I've been smoking since I was 15. I grew up in Belgium, then moved to Hong Kong where I was in a French school.
It's very normal for teenagers to smoke, where we would leave school grounds during breaks and have a smoke with teachers, principle and other administrative staff.
I can honestly say that I've never really looked at quitting due to my job nature. I was a chef before and the high stress environment just made me into a chain smoker. Usually 2 cigarettes per session. Would go through a pack of 25 cigs in 2.5 days.
I've tried to quit a few times but without success. But this time, it seems different. Now that I've changed industry, my stress level has gone down a lot. I woke up one day and decided to quit. It's been 2 months now. I had one cigarette last week, which made me quite sick to be honest.
I do vape as a substitute and looking to reduce the amount (I've been vaping less than when I transitioned 2 months ago) I want to know the story of others going through the same process as I am.

I've been looking for more minimalist music that uses only one or two instruments to good effect while allowing for a lot of "space" in the music. Lyrics are not at all important, so folk music is not really what I'm looking for. The two artists I'm loving right now are:
David Thomas Broughton - It is just him and a guitar through a loop pedal. He layers little guitar lines that are often improvised together with his voice that he uses in an almost percussive way. What he makes is haunting and sometimes disjointed, but a fun take on using a loop pedal.
Mamman Sani - a Niger artist who was an early pioneer of synthesizers. His music is about as basic as you can get, yet it is full of emotion and most importantly space. I think the "non-musical" bits are even more important than the notes he plays.
I've been also listening to a lot of American Primitivism which is mostly instrumental and also sparce, but the guitar work can sometimes be complex. It's close to what I'm looking for but doesn't exactly scratch the itch.
Ambient music is cool, but a bit too abstract. Both artists above still place an importance on melody.

 | I'm replaying the game (PS5 launch) and since the update I'm noticing a really ugly and distorted glow behind menu options and on the orbital map. I swear this wasn't here before. No other graphical issues on this or other games and I've played around with every setting I can think of to fix it. I've included a pic of what it looks like on the actual screen as well as the screenshots (which weirdly look better).
