For those that don’t know I am currently trialing the new Nettle device by Samphire Neuro. https://www.samphireneuro.com/nettle/home I enjoyed the device last month. I looked forward to treatment and appreciated the experience as a brain hack. It’s about time something new came on the scene in terms of PMDD treatment. Those that know me are aware I respond well to Famotidine. This month I’m experimenting with not taking it. I mean as soon as my thoughts turn to ☠️ I will but after using Famotidine every luteal for around 3 years now I do notice that when I come off it my brain feels quite low. This could also be because I tend to come off it at the start of my period and I tend to get PMDD symptoms until day4. Any how I would love not to be too reliant on it. Will see how it gos!
Day 1 Definitely starting to feel a bit sad towards end of ovulation. After the first session this month my mood definitely lifted. I’m now listening techno and working quietly. I feel like I am in an easygoing, determined and serious mood.

2024.11.26 17:31 EtherEvermore How do you insert values into a 2-3 Tree?
I'm struggling to take the concept and turn it into code, my brain just can't wrap around it. I've finally realized that the bulk of my errors is because it's not inserting things correctly, but looking through the concepts and examples of what it looks like visually isn't helping me figure out how the code would be.
I understand that you only insert values at leaf nodes and not directly into the node to fill it up. How to get to said leaf nodes I'm not sure with - would you just use any ordinary traversal method? I'm very lost with what to do with a temporary node with 3 values, splitting it, and magically there's a middle subtree. I understand the basis of how binary trees work, though it seems my brain's falling behind at the jump to 2-3 trees. I would highly appreciate it if someone could help me understand how to turn the concept into actual code instead of a bunch of diagrams.

hello! I've been searching for a decent laptop that would help me edit videos for work on the go.
budget is PHP60,000 to PHP65k-70k ($1k to $1.1k-1.2k)
most videos I edit are 1080p real estate videos, most are shot through DJI devices and some are shot in C-logs. i also color grade a lot so true-to-color screens would help a lot. for gaming, i mostly play AAA singleplayer games but I'm fine with just playing minecraft with mid-heavy shaders on (i'm also studying game dev but it's not much of a priority).
i've done a few research already and these are what i have in mind (I live in the Philippines!):

So the tracking was updating just fine until the most recent update which says it was received by local post office. Few questions.
What is the best Farming Location for Rupees and Experience?
Is it better to level character with rupees or simply play as them? Some characters seem like it’s easier or quicker to level than others—though I’m sure everyone earns exp fairly equal?
Is farming my fairy stuff important? Because I never use them or farm for them. Wasn’t sure what benefits they give outside of battle? Then again it’s been a long time since I played the game a lot.

I got told I have a fatty liver a few months ago in August. I’ve stopped taking ibuprofen completely, zero alcohol & I’m improving my diet. I do slip sometimes but for the most part I’m trying to do better. This week I’ve noticed more RUQ abdominal pain just below my ribcage & I’m seeing a lump over that area (I’m fat so its hard to tell) I just know its more visible than my left side. Im trying not to freak out but is swelling possible there??
