Do you ever have time periods where the OCD seems to subside, & when it comes back it just feels 20x worse? I’ve been doing my best to be aware of my rumination & to avoid going into the magical thinking, etc., but I’m still very panicked :/ Does anyone feel like ‘sitting with the feelings’ is often times intolerable? I have to smoke so much weed to even remotely get myself comfortable to take on a day, otherwise, I feel completely useless.

I accepted a job with the Department of Defense and I need to fill out the SF-86 form to get National clearance. The form is asking for the Certificate and Alien number but I have lost my Certificate of Naturalization. To get a replacement, it can take 8 to 12 months but I need those numbers within 30 days of the hire date or else my offer will be rescinded. I'm willing to travel to the USCIS office to get those numbers. Can somebody suggest other ways to get those numbers ASAP?

Hi all, my dad is wanting to give me my grandfather’s stamp collection. However, we both have concerns about me storing them. I live in the Southern United States and it is incredibly humid year round.
How would you suggest I do to preserve the stamps in the humidity?
What temperature should I try to store them at?
Relative humidity? Any suggestions of what to get to ensure the humidity stays consistent?
Any other suggestions as to what I should know starting out collecting?

I recently got back into guitar and bought some new strings but realised the intonation for the D string is incredibly off.
I tried to readjust the screws on the saddle of my jaguar but it was making absolutely no difference at all. I tried the 19th fretted 19th harmonic and it’s a completely note flat.
I was just wondering what the causes for this could be and how might I go about fixing it?
