This is my no. 1 issue. I would say these last six months it hasn't gotten worse but if I look 1 year, 2 years, 3 years back etc I'm definitely worsening. I hope it's stopped, but I can't be sure.
Why do I have it and how do I stop it? It seems like the only things helping are:
_sleeping. Like, a lot. 10+ hours. But after 7-8 hours, I'm not sleepy anymore so it's not really viable. Also, if one day I manage somehow to sleep 10 hours, I definitely feel better than usual but I pay for it on the following night because I then have trouble falling asleep. Sleeping 10 hours for me is a ticket for sleeping 5 hours on the next night
_avoiding screens and sunlight like the plague, wearing hats, sunglasses etc
_ doing nothing with my eyes until noon, and again doing nothing after 8-9pm. Mentally speaking, it's really taxing. The only thing I can do is long walks at night or listening to podcasts.
I'm really worried because I'm young, my eyes are deteriorating fast, I want to stop this. At first I thought it was something about my lifestyle, but nothing I do changes anything except those 3 things. Could this be a neurological issue? I feel like light simply is 5 times as strong as it should be.

Joined a small consultancy in the last month (circa 700 consultants) and wondering what’s life like in the big4 compared to a smaller place? I’m in strategy and transformation and meant to be doing BA work (I doubt anything important as a fresh grad).
I plan to leave as soon as possible because I’m only in consulting for exit opportunities but would like a few years in the big 4 possibly for a slightly higher salary before I burn out. (I’m U.K. for context) just wanna know how it compares and if it’s worth the late nights I’ve heard it entails.

as example, sometimes i'll think the obvious things like "at least it won't get worse" or something and then whatever i'm referencing gets worse , or when im having troubles in something and as example id think like oh today ill finish this earlier and then i finish it double the amount or like if i have a shower and think to myself that im clean and then somehow not long later something happens that makes me dirty again its hard to explain but is it just coincidences because i heard Islam doesn't believe in manifestation so i am confused and this is all the time btw (the main reason for this question is because i was worried whether manifestation is shirk and i thought i was committing that)

I have a series of data tables for which I want to create specific output per category. The data tables have breaks in them containing empty cells to separate certain categories. The lengths between the breaks are not regular, so I have one column counting the number of entries in the category (=IF(K11="",COUNTA($K$4:K10)-SUM($P$4:P9),"") in column P), then using a calculation on the relevant cells using a variety of indirect(address(row(),number)). I want my function to be confined to a single cell so that I can more easily utilize it in other data tables. I run into an issue in that my cell counting column refers to cells above it. The thought I had was to output a second cell along the row, like in an array, to reference, but if someone has better ideas, I'm all ears. Arrays I've tried making always depend on a lambda function, and I just want [OUTPUT, ROW()].
