Hey guys! Pretty basic question. How is the commercial wholesale market for indoor, as well as greenhouse/light dep?
4 years ago I was looking at 1200 for my deps and 1800 for my indoor. I assume it's much lower now.
I'm in california.
Also, have LEDs taken over a lot of the indoor cultivation or is it still mostly DE HIDs?

This is a follow up to my post about losing 100 lbs. I didn’t feel like taking pictures last week due to being under the weather, but here’s what it looks like on my body.
The scale hasn’t moved in about a week, but putting these side by side comparisons together every month has really helped me keep my perspective (that, and tracking my weight trends in the LoseIt app).
I’m hoping to get down under 260 by January 1, which would break (I think) the lowest weight I’ve ever been my entire adult life.
I’m also about to go make the macaroni and cheese and pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving. Wish me luck.

For a while there would be a green text bubble next to people's names, and I thought it meant they were active. Now it seems like they're all this pale pinkish color. The read receipts are also the same pink color when they used to be green. Is there a difference? Any advice people can give on which areas someone who has no experience in bossing on osrs and has not played a league before on which areas would be great to go for. Already settled on Asgarnia as one area but not too sure on the other two. Old player from back in day. Have not explored Kourend or Varlamore but just a bit worried about choosing them for the options to just get the fun out of exploring might be a bad idea.

Anyone who feels the same thing? Lamia is just so frustrating to play. Her core is making her so vulnerable so ppc runs are just rng. Mind you I have 3 reso for my sss selena and 2 for both her and karen. Every run is just pure shitty rng whether you finish the boss with 100% hp or not.

I know they’re not the “LOL lions” any longer and I envy their process and how they’ve put together a strong and competent staff and seemingly put themselves in position to be really good for a long time.
However, this is the ultimate trap game. Short week, national TV and a chance to win their 10th game in a row. The pressure is on them, and I think the Bears squeak by. Maybe I’m delusional, maybe it’s the 3.5 🍄 I had before typing this. I can’t say for sure. What I am confident about though is, the Lions will NOT win on Thursday. 🐻 ⬇️
