Earlier this year I had received a small raise that put me above the entry level wage offered by the company I work for. Recently they've been looking to hire new employees for a few months, but I didn't notice that the entry level pay rate was a little higher than my current wage. After bringing this to their attention they did increase my pay rate, but did not mention anything about the previous couple of months where I was at the previous wage that was under company entry level pay rate. My question is just how if you were overpaid and they require you to pay those wages back, is it the same scenario when it's the opposite and should I have seen some back pay as well?

Hey!
Sorry if this has been asked already. I have medium length fine wavy hair with low porosity, I wash every 5 days-ish, but I had different frequencies in the past.
My hair is frizzy all the time. Part of the problem, as I've learned, is that combing wavy hair when it's dry is bad idea, because it's gonna make it frizzy, which I can confirm, it does. I tried to not comb it for 2-3 days and my waves look better, but this doesn't solve the problem, since I've also leanred that it's important to comb/brush your hair twice a day. Okay so I should comb it, but not when it's dry. But that's the problem, my hair isn't just gonna get wet if I spray some water on it. I tried to do that and comb it after and the result was no different. What can I do?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been working hard to launch my e-learning business using Tutor LMS Pro and WooCommerce, but I’m encountering significant issues with the purchase and onboarding process for users. I’ve spent over a year preparing content for this business, and as I polish up the website, I realize the purchase process is unnecessarily complex and frustrating for users. I could really use some help!
Here’s the issue I’m facing:
The Problem:
1. Post-Purchase Experience: After a user completes the checkout process: • They receive an email prompting them to set a password. • After setting their password, they are redirected to a login page. • Logging in with the new credentials takes them to the default WordPress My Account page instead of the Tutor LMS dashboard. 2. Access to Courses: • Clicking the Orders tab in the WordPress My Account page displays the order details. • Clicking on the purchased course from the order details page takes the user to the course sales page, where they are prompted to buy the course again. • Users are unable to access their purchased courses from the Tutor LMS dashboard, making the process confusing and counterintuitive. WooCommerce Settings:
1. Guest Checkout: • Enabled “Allow customers to place orders without an account”. • Enabled “Allow customers to create an account during checkout”. 2. Account Creation: • Checked “Automatically generate username based on customer email”. 1. Enabled WooCommerce as the monetization method. 2. Enabled “Enable Guest Mode”, allowing unregistered users to purchase courses. 3. Verified that the “Auto Complete Orders” option is enabled so that purchases are marked as complete after checkout. 4. Enabled “Redirect to Enrolled Courses” after successful enrollment (but this doesn’t seem to work as expected). 1. Redirection Code in functions.php: • Added custom code to redirect users to the Tutor LMS dashboard after setting a password or completing checkout. Still, the redirection to the WordPress My Account page persists. I need a seamless purchase flow where: 1. Users can easily purchase a course and are redirected to their dashboard after checkout. 2. Purchased courses are visible and accessible immediately from the Tutor LMS dashboard. 3. The default WordPress My Account page is bypassed entirely if possible, as it causes unnecessary confusion. 4. The process is smooth for both guest users and those creating accounts during checkout.
Users can pick a password as they create the account during checkout.
Conclusion:
I’ve spent so much time preparing content, and I really want my users to have a good experience. Unfortunately, the current purchase process feels like a maze, and I’m worried this will drive customers away. If anyone has encountered similar issues or knows how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate your help!

It will get minimal use and not likely to become a hobby as we have many other interests. Just looking for something that won't fail at speed, to stop, battery fire/implosion, software bugs, stuck throttle, or any other way imagined that could ruin her day.

If I understand correctly, an anchor lashing is supposed to secure the anchor chain so the it doesn't drop or otherwise move around; but doesn't a chain stopper already do this by locking the chain in place?

I used to do brilliantly in all my school exams, even coming first multiple times. However, ever since joining medicine and having had to give multiple competitive MCQ style exams, I have noticed that my study technique I used in school (last minute cramming xD) is no longer useful. Not just that, I have been feeling quite under confident in my diagnosing skills because of my inability to remember things I have read. I have no problem grasping a concept but things that require memory (let’s face it, being a doctor requires memory power), I have been struggling with. And it’s not just a random sense/feeling of struggle. I have performed fairly worse in each passing year of med school. Objectively speaking, my study technique is not doing that well for me. Would like to know if others have faced similar issues and if yes, what did you incorporate into your study habits that helped you remember those life-saving details from the textbooks? Am now poised to begin residency and any small tip will be immensely useful :)
