I'm writing a story about a family escaping from New England to Cuba after a nuclear war, and I want it to be somewhat realistic.
Would a family of 3, in a boat made of two canoes lashed together into a catamaran, be able to paddle from the mouth of the Connecticut River to Miami? There would obviously be a lot less traffic on the ICW in this scenario, what I would worry about are the more open water sections.
If not this double canoe, what other sort of semi-improvised boat would be able to transport this family and their stockpile of food down the eastern seaboard?

For a DIY project, I need to power 100 SG90 servo motors. Based on my preliminary research, each motor needs ~550 mA peak and expect to operate at least 70 of them simultaneously. If my math is correct, I need a 5V power supply with at least 40A current.
What's the best option to provide power for this project? Are there recommended power supplies for scenarios like this? Is this even doable?
I don't have a lot of experience in electronics and I will greatly appreciate any help:)

For work we have a sprint board that divides tasks to team members and has an estimated time for each task. What I would like to do is sum up each team member's hours. Example screenshot:

Basically, what I would like this formula to do is search the entire document for each person's initials (JP, AS, JW etc), in the "person responsible" row, and sum up their hours in the "hrs" row if the task is not marked as "completed". There are other variances that we can have instead of completed, in which case I would still like the hours to be counted.

I was on Zepbound 2.5 MG and did not really get any side effects, felt great lost 6 pounds the first month. I recently transitioned over to the 5 MG dose and I am unsure if this is a side effect, but I have had a lingering headache on the back of my neck and front in the middle of forehead area. Additionally, I am unable to sleep at night but need to nap throughout the day. Has anybody experienced this?

Tenho quase 48 anos e voltei a treinar capoeira com 46 anos de idade - depois de 28 anos sem treinar e jogar (fiz capoeira por 1 ano antes disso). Eu voltei a treinar capoeira para me exercitar por causa da idade.
O som do berimbau, a historia e a energia da roda e ver pessoas que sabem jogar fazem o meu coracao bater forte.
So' que, eu nao gosto de jogar. Eu nao gosto de pessoas estranhas me olhando. Eu pedi ao me mestre para nao trocar a minha corda, e ele trocou do mesmo jeito, e eu tive que jogar com uma plateia de pessoas estranhas me assistindo. Eu sou introvertida, e isso me fez desanimar da capoeira - de questionar o que estou fazendo la. Ao mesmo tempo que gosto da energia, do treino e das pessoas que treinam comigo, eu nao quero jogar, eu nao quero me expor para estranhos, e parace que sou a unica que se sente assim.
Vcs ja conheceram alguem assim na capoeira? O que voces aconselham? Estou quase desistindo, pois acho que a capoeira nao eh p mim por este motivo
