Hi guys,
I'm 26 and I was school team representative for football or badminton. After calcultion, my heart rate zone will be (220-26=194):
Zone 5: 175-194
Zone 4: 155-175
Zone 3: 136-155
Zone 2: 116-136
Zone 1: 97-116
I tried to run in Zone 2 with 10k and the average pace was 7km/h but my avg heart rate was 168bpm, which was Zone 4. I did not feel any exhausted after my 10k and I could still run for at least 5k with this pace and with this heart rate. Should I reduce my pace or what should I do ? Please advice or guide me

First of all, hello to you reader. I am a 22 years old male who had a shitty and hard life. I don’t feel emotions like other people do. I am very succesful at my studies, and I’m not shy, but I hate talking and spending time with other people. It’s my first year at college and there is this girl. She has just become 18. There is nearly 5 years age gap between us, and I’m not comfortable with it . We play minecraft, watch videos, and talk about my terrible life. She is at her family’s home now. 7 days later she will return here back. I said that I can take her from bus station and she started typing yuppiiii in the chat. I was about k*ll myself when I was 19 years old and she knows about this. We’ve known each other for only 2 months.
She’s never said that she is in love with me, but she implied it a few times:
1-)While she was talking about her friend’s crush she said that her friend’s crush was 2 cm shorter than her. Btw, I am 190(6.23 ft) tall. She exactly said this sentence———-‘’Fortunately, I don’t have a problem with height’’.
2-)When I was talking about how I was trying to stay away from other people and focus on my studies, she said that, ‘’I think someone is very close to you but you are not aware of this.’’
3-)Then the last sentence which I really understood that she has feelings for me, ‘’ Why wasn’t I born earliebefore?’’
I’m cursed with a strong memory capacity. I remember every single thing about my life and what others say about me. I’m really too tired, I really don’t know what I should do and even now I don’t know why tears are falling down from my eyes. Should I…… should I give it a try? Is it normal for me to date such a young pure WOMAN???? Am I a pervert or just f*cked up?
I was the one who looked after my brother. I was always with him and even know I still am. Everyday, my good feelings are vanishing/fading away. I’m becoming numb day by day. I have a kind soul, and I hate violence. I’m too afraid about everything. Should I stay away from her, and every woman in my life till I give my last breath, or should I give it a try?

If the mark is left for enough time it can slowly corrupt the victim, making them susceptible to become a curse.
Divine Right Hand Ability: Soul Exchange of Transformation
This ability allows the Divine Right Hand to touch a target and instead of instantly destroying them, the Soul Exchange Of Transformation forcibly channels CE to trigger an awakening.
The target will instantly start the process of becoming a Special Grade(+?) Cursed Spirit.
Upon completion, the cursed spirit will be fully formed and completely devoted to the users cause.

Drawbacks:
The users maintaining of CE control in order to change the soul of others is highly difficult, but proper management and planning can help.
If one of the hands are destroyed, it will not appear until the Shikigami has been summoned again.
Summon of the Shikigami takes longer time than most, and would logically be set up before battle or as soon as battle starts.
User cannot move when summoning.
Binding Vows can be made, but failure to uphold can result in heavy CE loss for a week.
Ranged play would be the best option until a opponent has been “awakened”

I have a 24v battery solar setup and I need to keep the vehicle (12v) battery charged from it as well.
I have been looking at the Orion charger in the title and thought that it would meet my needs. (Ideally I'd like it to connect to VRM as well but I guess I can't have everything).
But, I looked at the spec and it says the low voltage cutoff is 14v. The 24v battery is AGM, discharging to this level will damage it. Is the Orion cutoff really that low, is it adjustable?
Any other suggestions how to keep the 12v battery charged from the 24v? Currently I'm using 240v charger but that's very inefficient due to inverter losses etc. I'd rather not leave the inverter on.
