I’m new to the community, but have been experiencing pain my gyno thinks may be related to endo for about 2 years now. I had a cyst rupture that landed me in the ER in March 2024, but they sent me home with naproxen for “constipation”. Since then, I’ve fought to get ultrasounds that have revealed cysts on my right ovary. I now have one measuring 5cm that is a suspected endometrioma, but I have a laparoscopy scheduled in a week to confirm and remove. In the original ultrasound, they believed it was a dermoid cyst, but the second came back as suspected endometrioma.
My question is, I’ve never had this kinda of pain in the last two years where I am not on my period, but it’s like a dull, constant pressure in my right side. Sometimes it radiates into my leg and back, but it just feels like a balloon is in there, ready to blow. I’ve been taking Tylenol which I think is helping, but I wanted to know, is there anything else that has helped for this kind of pain? I really want to enjoy my Thanksgiving travel plans, but it’s hard to be very festive and not sport a constant grimace.

Hi Guys. Recently i’ve been in some hot water. A few weeks ago a boy had made some very inappropriate comments at me . They were absolutely disgusting. He got into trouble and got an in school suspension. He never apologised to me. Now we were in a classroom and i was really angry over the whole thing (this was a few weeks later) beacuse i felt as if he never really learnt. I started a fight with him (i instigated it) and called him all sorts of insults, like really awful ones (i called him a disappointment to his father and told him he should be on the list). I regret my outburst, i had exams and was going insane and i have learnt to control my emotions plus this hasn’t the first time i’ve dealt with boys being mean to me. Now he reported it to the headmistress. I was sobbing the whole time and as punishment i am not allowed to attend PE for 3 weeks straight. Was I wrong? My friends are really disappointed in me and i tried to apologise to him but he laughed it off and said “i made him uncomfortable” (this is what i told him after the disgusting words he told me) I have no idea what to do? was i justified ?

New cyclist/triathlete here coming from mainly a high performance field hockey background (10 years).
I’ve been looking into structuring my 70.3 training (Valencia in April) and wanted to know if incorporating zwift races is a good way to incorporate intense bike days? (Threshold-VO2 sessions) I enjoy these types of workouts already however have started loving zwift races, but due to both being quite taxing on the body and intense, not sure I would be able to do both.
Does anyone else use zwift races as fun way to train intensity?

The Lord compares Himself to a to a shepherd and people to sheep for whom He is willing to lay down His life. The Mosaic law clearly protected the owner of the animal given to the shepherd, and the shepherd himself, by laying down certain rules. If a man deliver unto his neighbor an ass, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it: then shall an oath of the Lord be between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbor's goods; and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good. And if it be stolen from him, he shall make restitution unto the owner thereof. If it be torn in pieces, then let him bring it for witness, and he shall not make good that which was torn (Ex. 22: 10-13). If the shepherd brought a part of the torn carcass, he was exempted by law from the responsibility for the animal. But more often than not, conscientious shepherds tried to wrestle the animal away from predators and save the flock entrusted to them. In Jewish culture the image of the shepherd was widely known, the prophets used it many times in their preaching, and in the text of the Holy Scriptures of the Old Testament we find amazing examples of how future great prophets and kings found recognition in society, demonstrating their courage as shepherds. And David said to Saul, “Thy servant kept his father's sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: and I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him. Thy servant slew both the lion and the bear..." (1 Sam. 17: 34-36). Often there were tragedies when shepherds, defending their flock, were killed. And most often it happened not through the fault of wild animals, but through the fault of wild men - robbers, who sought to steal the sheep. The Savior does not merely compare Himself to a shepherd, but seeks to reveal His true ministry in the world. He is the One who lays down His life for the sheep (John 10:11). He has already been threatened with death, but He does not abandon the work that His heavenly Father has entrusted to Him. Then he predicts their future union, that they shall be one flock.” Unfortunately, for many centuries Jewish society has been ruled largely not by shepherds, but by mercenaries whose job was not to lead people to God, but to make a profit.
