Hi y'all. So I'm a trans woman, and my doctors office mishandled my referral for bottom surgery, I believe intentionally, and got the entire process delayed by over a year.
I originally contacted them in August of last year and asked for a surgery referral. My doctor gave off the impression that he was familiar with the process, and that he knew what he was doing. He goes "oh yeah sure, I'll send the referral over right now. By the way these things have long wait lists so don't expect to hear anything back for a while. Could be a year before you hear anything, so you can check in then if you haven't heard anything back yet."
So almost a year later, I shoot my doctor's office an email asking to follow up. Their response basically amounted to "he he whoopsie, the surgeon never received your referral. There's nothing we can really do. You just have to wait from the beginning".
I'm honestly convinced at this point that they're just prejudiced against trans people, which is incredibly sad because they're marketed as a pro trans doctors office.
They've also been refusing to refill my hormone prescriptions unless I come in for an IN PERSON appointment, several weeks from now. No offer of a call. Also the office is 2 hours away from me, and given that I'm a full time student it's a ridiculous ask.
Anyway, do I have any grounds to sue here? I have pretty crippling dysphoria, and having to live with my current equipment for an additional year is causing me a great deal of psychological pain.

2024.11.26 16:37 CUNT_CRUSADER22 Thoughts on spell choice in brutal mode? (PvE only)
In normal difficulty I was a blood spammer with only ward of the damned as my none blood spell, could tank through most bosses quite easily with brute blood due to life steal.
Currently I'm doing a brutal run and I've leant into full unholy and crit gear with 98% rogue blood. It seems spell power does not effect the skeletons which is great for people who prefer physical damage. I've made it to the geomancer rock golem lady so far and it's served me well so far, I'd say my only struggle is sustain/health with my current build. I was also very lucky to get a tier 2 gem for the skelly throw that makes me throw two orbs instead of one.
Obviously I'm not first trying bosses, but I'm having a much easier time than I thought I would. Honestly I'd say it's as difficult so far as running through normal mode for the first time.
What builds worked for you guys, and what weapons? So far the axes, greatsword and the longbow (especially) are serving me fantastically.
TLDR: what mid game builds did you guys like for brutal, and is unholy really as broken as it seems or am I just not giving other spells a chance?

 | After several weeks of planning and gathering supplies, I’ve finally began setting up my 20 gallon long sloped river scape. I plan to add Val along the back, some anubias nana petite between the hardscape, and add some gray pebbles for some added detail. I’m currently running a sponge filter from an old tank not pictured in the right of the tank during the cycling process. I don’t intend to keep the sponge filter long term for aesthetics. My only idea on filtration so far is to run a Sicce Shark Pro Nano 320 horizontally at the top left above the sand. I’m not sure if this will be near adequate filtration so I may have to run a second internal filter on the opposite side of the tank. I’m unable to store a canister filter in proximity to the tank. Any suggestions on stocking? I’m considering a group of CPDs and a group of White Cloud Mountain Minnows or alternatively just a larger group of one of those species. In the summer I told him that if things were not better by the end of the year I was leaving to which he was upset because he perceived it as an ultimatum when I can see that yes it can be but also I feel like it’s me setting a boundary for myself and for knowing what I want and deserve. Since then we went on a streak of not having sex for 3 months and fighting over this issue.
A couple months ago I told him I was leaving, to which he finally had sex with me and it was like it was in the beginning. I was hopeful since he said he would try. Then the next week he got a cold sore, the following week he had a tummy ache, the following week he had a rash on his penis and so on and so forth so we hadn’t had sex since then. Last weekend he finally went down on me after me asking for it for 1.5 years. This last weekend I was fully expecting sex as it has been 3 weeks for his rash to clear up and he didn’t do anything. During our last fight a couple weeks ago I promised him I wouldn’t bring up our sex life until the end of the year. Unfortunately last night I broke that promise and asked him why we didn’t have sex this weekend? To which he got upset saying I broke my promise… but how about the countless promises he has made over the last year that he has broken? And how all of those cuts and wounds are now festering. In total this last year I think we have had sex maybe 7 times, 2 of which I actually enjoyed, and he has only gone down on me once despite me asking him. I just feel so disgusting and repulsive and unattractive and I just want my partner to want me but I don’t think he ever will… I think all along it was just that he doesn’t want me.

- What schools do most Bay View parents send their children to?
- Why are no Bay View parents trying to take this school back?

It's a local high school, but very few actual local students? It'd be all fine and dandy if the school was in the top 10, not bottom 10. But it's not.

Those are my questions.
