Hope everyone is having a great week so far, I was wondering what do you guys recommend from your own experience. I am planning to start my bachelor’s soon and wondering if I want to become a BCBA should I go for BCaBA first and then become a BCBA or go straight from Rbt to BCBA? Lawmakers from both parties, as well as the ACLU of Connecticut, called for action Monday in light of a CT Insider report on apparent data errors in certified election results from 2016 and 2020.
"We need to find out what happened and why, and then we need to take steps to correct it," said Rep. Gale Mastrofrancesco, the top Republican on the legislature's Government, Administration, and Elections Committee Committee. "The public already does not have trust in the process, and when things like this happen it makes it even worse."
Rep. Matt Blumenthal, a Stamford Democrat who co-chairs the GAE Committee, said Monday he will look into potential reforms during the coming legislative session, calling it "vitally important that all elections data be reliable and accurate."

I have a tall 20-gallon Freshwater Aquarium that I have been cycling for three weeks since the end of October. It has a moderate amount of plants, two rocks, a large structure decoration, and five nerite snails. I started with BioSand which has nitrifing bacteria and also a Black Substrate with Ph activation mineral. All parameters are great except for Hardness, which is high(off the chart), and Ammonia ranges from .25 to 1.0 daily. I have been doing daily water changes of 30–50%. I use Prime and API Aqua Essential for water conditioning and to treat the Ammonia, with API Leaf Zone and NEO Solution 2 & K for the plants. I have had my Nerites for a long time- since my last tank and 1 from the tank before (Note of History: I know they are supposed to live up to 2 years but mine are 2–4 years old). They eat the dead matter and algae in the tank and I throw a calcium tab in every month for them. There is algae in there all along the walls and I see it on the filter and on the bio media. I have heavy algae in my tap water.
I just want to know how long will it take me to cycle this tank or am I doing something wrong? None of my other tanks took this long and I didn’t have to do so many water changes. They all stayed under 2.5 and I changed every 3 days to once a week. How can I get this tank to those parameters and stability?
