Had Joseph lived a few more decades, he likely would have married more women—continuing his polygamous practices—and possibly expanded his theological innovations. His unchecked ambition could have led to further extreme claims, adding to the evidence that he was consolidating power in ways characteristic of cult leadership.

So I'm trying to work on my female voice and I've got the larynx part down, but whenever I talk it's super bassy and just sounds like a high pitched male voice. I've been trying to find ways to move it up to my head/throat but I just can't get rid of the booming bassy part. Does anyone have any advice at all on what I can try?

2024.11.26 17:30 Terrible_Tale_53 HST Liveries not showing.
TSW4 Xbox One. All subscribed liveries for other units seem to show 314, 47, 37 ect but whenever I choose a subscribed Livery for the HST it loads as blank white.
Anyone know why this happens or at least a fix?

2024.11.26 17:30 KanersButler I took about 6 months off from gaming and now my PC can’t seem to handle Escape from Tarkov.
3060 RTX, 19, 32g Corsair Vengeance RAM, and it's installed on SSD.
I used to run Tarkov around 70-85fps with the exception of frame rate drops when scoping in on two of the larger maps. Now I'm luck to get my fps into the mid 50's and anytime anyone shoots on the map my game starts stuttering.
I've tried using disk cleanup, and have went through to make sure I don't have any other CPU heavy processes running while I'm playing.
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

Hi,
I'm in my mid-late 20s and haven't been on a single date or really even talked to a woman in nearly 3 years since my last long term relationship ended. I just wasn't interested in getting back out there.
I met a woman recently who is some years older than me and is very interested in me. I was at first too. But the more we are talking, and the more real things are becoming (she wants to go on a date and is talking about wanting to have sex with me), the more anxiety I am having. We've talked on the phone and texted for some weeks now and it's been enjoyable. Though I get anxiety every time she wants to call me or video chat. I'm just scared to take the next step. To the point I want to cancel our date and tell her I'm just not ready for this. I feel really bad saying this to her after realizing I've wasted her time and energy and gotten her hopes up. But I am really not in a place where I can put myself out there and be a good partner or be in a relationship. I feel bad because she's older than me, isn't sure if she wants kids or not (while I'm a hard no).. so I know her window is closing biologically speaking and I really don't want to be the reason she misses out on something like that if it ends up not working out down the road. I just can't do the commitment right now, and am feeling too much pressure to just show up on a single date. My anxiety is going wild. I'm stuck in my head too much and am riddled with fear and anxiety surrounding the date with her and potentially having to have sex. I'm sure that sounds ridiculous and crazy...
I haven't texted her back for a day now.. I just needed some space.. I don't want to ghost her and disappear into the ether (though that feels like the easiest choice, I know it's not the right one), but I just don't know what to say, or how to phrase it. I'm hesitant to put a stop on it because of the finality of the decision... Knowing I would more than likely regret passing up the opportunity, but fear and anxiety is absolutely getting the better of me right now.
TLDR: My life is a mess, I'm not mentally or physically in a place where I'm someone worth dating. I am putting too much pressure on myself resulting in too much fear and anxiety to even go on a first date. Feel bad for even talking to her for this long now and leading her on, though it wasn't my intention. I have just realized I'm not there yet over the course of these few weeks. What do I tell her? Do I just push through the fear and anxiety and go through with it? I both want to and don't want to. Do I just call it quits and tell her I'm not ready for this right now? How do I phrase that if I go that route?

2024.11.26 17:30 SplitOk9720 Late update: I had my surgery.
It went.... Well for the most part. See my previous posts here for more background.
But basically after suffering since May with almost constant diverticulitis infection.. and c diff and all sorts of other complications... I finally had my surgery (sigmoid colectomy) on November 12. It took about 3 1/2 hours, almost 4.. a few complications like my colon and diverticula had fused to my uterus! Insanity, I had never heard of that, but the same thing apparently happened to my older sister and they discovered it during her hysterectomy last month.
Anyway... The post op pain was pretty intense. The hospital was giving me plenty of morphine via IV afterwards but I was still pretty sore. Sent me home with a post op drain tube that I had to empty and measure output every few hours. (NOT an ostomy)
I ended up getting sent home after 4 days, was having bowel movements and eating soft foods... But I told the docs I did not feel ready to head home yet.. insurance disagreed and I was sent home.
I landed back in a few days later with severe excruciating pain at my drain tube site... They ended up having to yank the drain out in the ED and admitted me again for two days.
Overall, I'm still not able to eat solids without pain, but I'm hoping that will eventually subside. Doing lots of ensure shakes and jello and broth.
I guess I just wanted to share my experience, if anyone is having doubts about the surgery... Just have it done. Even with the pain and complications I had personally, it's nothing compared to the pain of diverticulitis flare ups.
I'd do it again if I had to. I do not regret the surgery one bit. I am still healing and hopeful that things will be easing up for me soon.
Hoping the best for all of you here as well.
