- Stay with family after the catfishing. We are broken up (won’t be in a physical / romantic relationship) sometime in the future I will see how I feel about our relationship.
- Make yourself available to Robin and be on her side when Janelle and Christine are against her
- Make Robin feel part of the family by making efforts to have a relationship with her kids
- Continue to contribute financially to the family. Since she was contributing the same as the other wives, she kept buying/ renting huge homes even with only 1 child
- Support my decisions, ie. don’t contradict me

One group is all the different chats with different family members, one is different chats with my work colleagues. For now the designer only includes a handful of free pieces and style pack pieces with 15 outfits slots. Hopefully we will see the addition of all outfits in the near future. Some more updates: - The features icon has been updated to include the outfit designer and outfits icon. The character creation and video recording (replaced by the furniture icon in home designer locations) icons can also be found here. - The Wednesday dresses make their appearance in the home designer. These were previously gift only outfits but now seem to have been added to the home designer. 2024.11.26 18:30 c0ffinman did my rabbits become friends again
so back in April when the mating season had just started for rabbits, my two girls they started acting territorial thankfully I had enough space to let them be in point A and B but winter is coming so i had to think of something to put them in one place since winter here is cold (shocker i know) so i wasted 4h of separating a place for them 50/50 so they would be able to live close to one another and possibly talk it out with themselves and now after like 6 hours of putting them together i found out that younger one had gone in the older ones place jumped 1.6 m btw didn't knew she could jump that high and they were together when i got in and when I brought food older one was quiet and wasn't doing much and were close to one another while other one the younger kid was like wazzap my brother gave them the food fresh grass and older one was just standing there while older one was chilling and eating happily so my guess is that either older one lost territorial battle or something while younger one won or they made up and were like we cool now we cool and third one since i made existing place change they registered it as new area in which older one resided in and thought it was neutral area i dont know Personally i felt good thinking finally my little girls are back together but i'm not certain so I need reassurance from someone who has gone through similar thing
btw they were close friends before April and all of a sudden they started fighting with one another

Leading turn was definitely the better play here, but the small river bet was to try to fold out some Ax combos and I thought a weak Jx would take a similar line where I didn’t wanna bet into two players on the turn and value bet thin on the river, but idk if this whole check thru two streets and bet small on river is always gunna get called light?

Is there a way to generate 4% annual return perpetually (15+ years) independent of market conditions and interest rate conditions (e.g. when interest rate is high then put principle in HYSA, when interest rate is low then move to some other investment vehicle etc).
I'm interested in understanding how to deploy investments in different market conditions to meet above goal. I intend to fund annual expense with the annual returns so want to have minimal situations that reduce principle or reduce target annual returns. Assume principle of 2M available to invest.
