2024.11.26 18:24 mdzon Hover effect: image swap
I'm struggling with something that feels like it would quite basic. I want the image on my component to swap to secondary image on hover, which is easy to do. But when I try to make the transition smoother, nothing works. so it feels quite janky. What am I missing?
For context, I tried changing the actual image fill for the hover component, as well as overlaying a zero opacity image frame on top and making it visible on hover.

Was just threatened with immediate termination for charging my phone and "stealing" company power. An iPhone costs a dollar a year to charge once a day, so I'm guessing that means Amazon would be out 33 cents at the end of the year. I mean, I know you don't become a billionaire by giving your money away, but is this really a worthy thing to focus on? What a morale killer.

Hello, I am trying to make my story as short as possible, I am at a point where just typing everything out might relieve me a little I am 21, started smoking at 14. I have always been ashamed to admit that i am addicted to weed. Always. I just thought there are people out there boofing ketamine, and living day to day, and that nobody would take my cannabis addiction seriously. I never reached out for help for anybody. Weed has been the absolute best drug for me, it calmes me down, makes me less anxious, makes me more comfortable and confident. It took me years to realize the absolute waste of a life it has guided me on. Of course, every friendship I have fucked up because of my addiction, every little procrastination I've been doing for 7 years now, is all on me. But weed delinetely did not help. I switched to a dry vape 3 years ago, which drastically improved my health. I kept telling myself, that I was born to smoke weed, No, literally. that's what I told myself. I got up to 2-3 grams a day, which is a lot. Here in The Netherlands it is so easy. Coffeeshop is 2 minutes away. It has been way too hard to keep myself accountable. Thousands of euros spent on weed... I am filled with regret. I tried to quit soo many times, I have become very desperate now. I smoked 2 days ago, and I really want to keep this streak going. I need you guys to help. Any advice. What helped you quit? How did you stop thinking about weed? Any tips to fall asleep and have an appetite? When did it get better? And most importantly, how did you have to change/manage your life without weed? What do you do, when all your homies are going smoking? Is there something I could do to distract myself when I have the urge to get high? Any help is much appriciated, Thank you guys, hope yall have a great day,

So one of my pups, Luke, is 8 years old & heβs a big guy. Heβs also a little overweight, so we started him on Hills Science weight loss & joint support like a week ago. And weβve also started him on Cosequin, also like a week ago. Took him to the vet today to get his nails trimmed (some of them are black so I canβt see the quick and I donβt feel comfortable doing it myself). Weβre in the waiting room and heβs fairly calm despite it being pretty busy in there, and then they take him back to do his nails, and heβs a little reluctant like always but I walk to the door with them & he goes.
Well, apparently heβs been losing a little weight, and the combo of joint support food and Cosequin has him feeling spry, because he slipped his harness while they were bringing him back out & two vet techs had to help me hold him down while I tightened it π Iβm so glad heβs feeling better but it was extremely embarrassing!!
