Age: 41 Gender: Male Diagnoses: down syndrome, schizophrenia (possibly - Drs are not sure about this but he's taking meds for it), hypothyroidism Medications: levothyroxine (unknown amount), atorvastatin 10mg, ziprasidone hcl 40mg
Background: My uncle has been having problems with his feet/toenails for a long time (on and off for around 2 years now.) Has pain and trouble walking. We have seen the family Dr plus his foot Dr several times. A couple weeks ago we went to urgent care because he could barely walk, and there he was prescribed an antibiotic because they thought he might have cellulitis, but no official diagnosis was made. After finishing the course of meds his feet have been looking better visually and he has been walking a little bit better as well. This was about a week ago.
Today we noticed he has gray/black skin around one of his toenails and that toe is swollen and painful. (Photos in comments.) He couldn't put on his socks and said it felt like "stabbing". My mom clipped his toenail there to see if the length was what was bothering him, like if it was poking into his other toes or something. He can't really explain what hurts the most, what seems to exacerbate it, where exactly it hurts, etc. and touching his feet really freaks him out so it's hard to get any useful information/specifics.
What do you think this could be? Fungus from the toenail maybe? Some kind of necrotic skin thing?? He has black socks so it could be fuzz I guess but he wouldn't let us touch it so we couldn't see if it was or not. Any help is appreciated 🙏

This is my first year with a sorta successful tT. immigrans colony. She had 3 workers that all ended up dying (don't know why, one I think drowned in honey but the other ones I have no clue). Usually that marks a death of a colony but she has a pretty robust brood pile still, and she has taken food from me so I'm not too worried. All the larva have full bellies too, which is nice to see!
That said I'm not sure if I should put her through diapause. I've read that it's not necessary for this species, though I was kinda planning on it to slow them down a little. And I live in an area that experiences winter.
I know Camponotus hibernates with larva but my Tetramorium has brood of mixed growth stages including one that I think is in the final stage.
Just looking for advice, going to putting the rest of my colonies in the fridge real soon :)

2024.11.26 18:24 TheCaptainReed Replaced dome light and now have issues - see description.
A week or 2 ago I replaced the dome light unit for a new one - whilst changing it I had the light on which I think has significantly drained the battery. After the change was complete, the car starts totally fine, however multiple things are now not working, including: -all electric windows -both electric mirrors -electric mirror switch lights on the passenger (left side being UK) of the car and rear right hand side. -passenger (left front) door panel convenience light.
I replaced the battery about 2 months ago before the dome light change because the car had been sitting a while before I bought it, and since replacing the battery, it and all components have run perfectly. I think what has happened is whilst changing the light (around sunset) I had the doors open and light on which has drained the battery, but even after driving 300 miles nothing seems to have recharged/start working again. Do I need another new battery?

I currently am using SM Recovery and NeoGenesis Recovery. I’m looking at adding another GF to my routine once I use up my current products. I think I have it narrowed down to Calecium MAC, Neocutis Biofirm Serum and DefeNage Pro 8 n 1 (not exactly a GF but similar in effect?), and Plated. Which would you choose? I’ve already ordered P-Tiox and am replenishing my Revision C+ corrector. I plan to order an RLT panel.
I have mature skin with the typical fine lines, sagging and a few broken capillaries on my nose. I also have some discoloration on my upper eyelids that I’d like to somehow address. I’d love to get on a sustainable routine as I hope to retire soon! Thanks!

So I hasn’t logged into my crypto since about 2018, and I found out that my ledger wallet is no longer supported by Ledger. Very frustrated and disappointed with them, all they offered as a solution is a 30% discount on a new one.
However, I would like to switch to Trezor as that left a sour taste in my mouth. My concern is how would I be able to recover my coins with my ledger seed, since I can’t use my ledger wallet? I was hoping to create a new seed with Trezor and transfer from my address with ledger to the one with Trezor.
I’ve also heard that on older ledger wallets the ETH could only be retrieved through them?

I have tried the following:
- Deleted and restarted a couple of times.
- Stopped all other containers running and performed reboots.
- Tried adding a proxy (SOCKS5).
- Set the time correctly.
