I’ve been to my primary care and an ENT this week. No one can help me. I feel completely feverish and full fatigue. I kno I have impacted tonsils tones but it’s like the skin grew over them and I can’t get them out. I’ve had success in the past but this time it just isn’t happening. I know when I get them out I’ll feel better but not sure if I should slice my own throat open! Ah!

2024.11.26 20:29 Soldiernuke 2013 Ram 1500 Tradesman won’t shift to drive
So a little context, the transmission is fine. If I crawl under the truck I can manually shift it to drive. However, with the column shift lever I can only get it to park reverse and neutral. I just changed the gearshift control cable and idk what to do atp.

This afternoon I was driving on 29 Bus north of the city, probably close to the Winesap Rd intersection. Road is 5 lanes wide there, 2 on each side plus a turn lane in the middle. A school bus came to a stop as I was passing it, it was in the far left lane traveling in the opposite direction 3 lanes over). I didn’t think I needed to stop, but the cars behind me did. So the question is, should I have stopped? If I was supposed to, what kind of trouble am I looking at and is there anything I should do to get out in front of it?

 | So, the GPU works! I installed the original Nvidia drivers without any issues, and the info in CPU-Z checks out. It's my first build, so I was surprised I didn't run into any problems. The hardest part was getting the wifi connection set up during the Windows install. Someone in my last post mentioned that this GPU is actually a Biostar OEM model, and looking at the pictures you can tell it's true. The only difference is the Sejishi brand logo on the fan. Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me make sense of this recurring dream theme that's been bugging me for the past 3-4 months. Every night, I have dreams that follow the same kind of structure but always with a new setting and details. The basic premise is that I'm on some kind of holiday or trip-camping, staying in a 5-star hotel, visiting a friend in London, or going to a music festival, just to give a few examples. At first, everything is fun, exciting, and perfect. Then, something always goes wrong or a mystery pops up that I need to solve. It feels like there's some deeper meaning to all of this, like my subconscious is trying to tell me something.
Here are a couple of examples to give you an idea: 1. Camping Trip in the Woods: I'm camping with my friends and partner, and everything is cozy and ideal. We're sitting around the campfire, making s'mores, and laughing. Suddenly, something happens—a strong wind blows a tree onto our tent, and it's unusable. I have to find new shelter and end up stumbling across an abandoned log cabin. 2. Music Festival Mishap: My friends and l are at a festival, getting ready in a trailer-doing our makeup, picking out outfits, the whole pre-event excitement. But when we head to the entrance, we realize we've lost our tickets. The rest of the dream is me running around trying to find someone selling tickets, asking shopkeepers for advice, and searchin V desperately. By the time I figure out a solution, , usually wake up.
Does any one have Any advice or personal experiences thay may help me. This has been on my mind since the 2nd or 3rd dream when I noticed the pattern.
