I visit my dermatologist regularly because Iām currently on acne treatment with retinoids (I had to stop Roaccutane due to side effects, and Iām now using adapalene/retinoids daily). However, Iām already thinking ahead about how to treat my scars. Could you please help me figure out the best procedure for treating my acne scars? Seems like I have some boxcar scars on my cheek, but Iām not sure if theyād be considered small, medium, or large. Would subcision be a good option for this type of scar? I recently started Topical Fin (0.3%) and Min (5%) from Hims, but stopped after horrendous side effects - aching balls and groin.
Iām debating trying topical Min only, but a little apprehensive after this.
Iām 40 and going grey, and noticed abit of receding / thinning on top over last 4-5 years, but very slowā¦never see hairs in pillow, shower etc. Also no history of balding in my family. Iām starting to think Iām overthinking it. What do you think? Will min help bring my hairline forward and thicken up the top? Or not worth messing with it whilst itās not too bad?

This is going to be an @$$hole opinion but hear me out.
I am a Democrat, donated, campaigned, and voted for Harris but the reaction from federal employees is just hilarious. No, they won't fire 75% of yall and no, they are not going to fire you based off SSN numbers. At the worst case, they will just freeze hiring/pay increase, and if you are living paycheck to paycheck on them 6 figure salary, you seriously need to manage your finance better.
I am an Army veteran and I am a teacher, no one ever fight for us when we are getting screwed, but now all out of sudden these federal employees are going crazy because of some overblown rumors? Don't make me laugh. I have army buddies who works for the feds right now and voted for the wrong guy, so if they get fired I will just shake my head.
