 | My last project was a double build and custom paint of the RG Zephyranthes and FB which took forever so I just wanted an easy pallet cleanser. Decided I would do a quick, fun, paint and weathering job on a HGUC Ground Gundam kit from the backlog. Next thing I know the chisels are out, I’m looking through the parts bin, the photo etch sheets are out and I’ve spent a month just working on the arms and weapons. At this rate it will take 2 lifetimes to build the kits I’ve already bought - and I only purchased one new kit this year. My older sister is severaly autistic and has many mental health issues and is 19 pushing 20 and she's only ever had my parents Attention. Although my parents like to pretend that they're there for me they never have been, I'm always expected to do everything by myself with little to no support and when I can't fend for myself they throw me in the dirt, they yell and argue with me, they threaten to take away my phone so I'm not allowed to talk to the people who actually listen. Physically I'm living in a family of 4. Mentally I live on my own, there's no one there for me and it's caused my grades to drop. Therefore my parents yell at me, and once again it goes back to the same repeated cycle.
Theres so many movies where the glass child is so overlooked, the biggest example is via from wonder.
Please please can we raise more awareness because I don't want to live in a shadow anymore.
My sister's never had to work a day in her life, the government supplies her money and yet I'm made to work for mine, she always has stuff there for her. So easily accessible and yet apparently I have it easier. I don't even get a voice in the house anymore. It's always "oh she wants this so we're going here" Or even on my own FUCKING BIRTHDAY. We went to a theme park and it had to be cut almost 5 hours short because she couldn't cope. And all my parents had to say was "be grateful that you went" that's all I ever seen to fucking hear. Be grateful. Grateful for what. That I don't get everything handed to me on a silver platter.
I js can't do this anymore. As soon as i turn 18 I'm moving away and probably cutting contact. Not that it would make much difference for them. They don't fucking talk to me anyway.

2024.11.26 22:37 RollforHobby Found in middle Tennessee (I think). I’ve always thought it was either a tooth or claw of some kind.
 | I believe I found this in TN where I used to live. I’ve had it sitting on a shelf for years so unfortunately I can’t be 100% sure. I recognize that location is one of the most important favors for fossil ID. You can get a sense in the 2nd and 3rd pictures that it’s curved like a claw might be. The 4th picture is the “under” side of it (assuming the “top” is what is shown in the 1st picture. In the 4th, the two gray/black lines extending down are extensions of the same black surface in the other pictures after a big chunk was broken off between them. Thoughts? Title. I'm probably top 250 (if not top 100) in Mongolia no move region guessing. I know every gen 4 meta I've seen and I know a lot of gen 3 meta as well (correct road almost every time). However, some rounds just don't really have any meta to go off of. And certain parts of Mongolia look very similar. I know that if I was able to tell different mountain ranges apart, I could improve and not choke a 24.9k score on round 5 (true story). Any tips? This would obviously benefit me in more than just Mongolia lol.

Dear both sides of my gene pool,
It’s holiday season and once again I’m not feeling it or y’all. Chalk it up to my childhood trauma baggage but, I’m just not jazzed about doing anything family related with any of you. I don’t have any backup energy to juice up my social battery to be in y’alls company. Y’all are some of the most draining people in my life and I no longer feel obligated to show up for things or people that deplete me.
Some of you think I’m unhinged. Others of you make a mockery of my therapy journey and spiritual journey. However considering that a good majority of you could actually benefit from therapy and a spiritual life, it makes zero sense for me to take any of your comments, opinions, etc seriously. Fuck what y’all think or have to say about ANYTHING that I choose for myself. Therapy is teaching that, not only is it okay to resign from people pleasing, it’s time that I put myself and what makes me happy, first.
The only reason I’m even leaving my apartment this year on Thanksgiving is because my elderly Grandma, who many of you act like is dead already, physically cannot cook and host like she used to. But she and I will have “the talk” before 2024 comes to a close. This will be my last year showing up for these bullshit “holiday celebrations.” I’m over it. I’m over subjecting myself to dark energy, passive aggression, shallowness, superiority complexes, gossiping, fake hugs, phony smiles and forced photo ops. I’m over it with the tradition of being overstimulated by people and places I don’t feel comfortable in. None for me thanks. Not anymore.
Judge me, gossip about me, criticize me… whatever. Whether I’m present or not, y’all are gonna do that anyway. Enjoy your stupid ass turducken.
