Does anyone know if it’s possible to save the game during flights? (In career mode) I want to start a medical transport mission, but flight time is around 3 hours. So i want to save it and spread it out over 2/3 times of playing.

Weird spot- should I cut it out? I posted about this spot a month or two ago- some said sunburn or other issues with it being inside. It has been healthy for nearly 3 years inside, but suddenly this appeared. It’s getting darker and more rotted… should I cut it out along the edges? Would that prevent spreading? Any help appreciated.

What's up! My name is Midnight and I have recently spent way too many Minecraft nights alone. After finishing the industrial village modpack a few days ago, I couldn't stop thinking about how fun a modpack like that could have been, if it was a shared experience. I haven't really been one to play on servers or play in a shared world, but I'd love the experience.
I really like the idea of a heavily Themed Modded Minecraft smp. (Not quite sure on the theme yet, as I'd like to discuss it with the other people who would like to play.) I also really like the idea of having some mild Roleplay on the server, with just a bunch of interesting people who want to have a bit of fun in their free time.

Hi im a Bryan main and I dont understand the hate he and Bryan mains get.
To me he is a epic guy and the best character in the game. He is designed to interrupt everything you do and make you respect him. does he get hate for his playstyle or his personality? do Bryan mains get hate because we can say he is hard to play? The way I feel about cheese characters is "oh you just play to win and dont even like your character" And that salt comes from my personal love for Bryan , I love playing this guy and the satisfaction of doing well with him does not come close to flowcharting away and winning the round because of the opponent not knowing how to block it. So why does he get hated on? it is mostly cheese mains who dislike him and I just want to know why?

My partner gave me permission to ask this question on their behalf. Long story short, we are having a tough time sufficiently describing their experience and I believe it is costing them the opportunity for interviews.
Background: My partner works at a small company (4 locations about 350 employees). My partner has a very intense work ethic and this was recognized by the CFO. My partner started as a receptionist, but they were then paid (by the CFO) to obtain an accounts payable certification. After achieving the certification, they were then trained to assume the role of accounts payable managecoordinator. This has been their position for just over a year now. They manage the accounts payable pipeline for all of the locations. They handle communication with vendors, payment prioritization, employee expenses, you name it. Because of the size of the company, my partner handles a wide array of tasks that would usually be outside the scope of an entry level AP/AR type role. My partner loves this work, and would very much like to continue in this area (but we are moving).
The problem is that we do not know the best way to articulate this experience. I believe my partner is quickly being dismissed by potential employers based on the length of the experience. Specifically, for positions that have listed responsibilities that are far fewer than their current role, and much narrower in scope. I’m wondering if there is any way to get around this. Perhaps I am being unrealistic and the experience is just the experience (simple as that), but it really feels like if my partner was able to at least get interviews they would have a chance to display their depth. Also, upper management has gone out of their way to draft letters of recommendation, and they have been vocal about being willing to speak with potential employers. I would appreciate any commentary and insight, thanks.

Yeah, this is a dumb question, but to be fair, I barely understand everything in the orientation because I am deaf. There is no interpreter, but that is not important right now.
I pulled my back pretty badly and called in today, and I don't think I will be able to go to work tomorrow either. Because I work as meat and produce associate which requires me to lift often, esp those pallets in the morning. Would it result in me receiving points? I only started working there almost 4 weeks ago. I am nervous about this, and I do not want to get fired. My back muscle spasms prevent me from working. I went to urgent care and received muscle relaxants. They said my injury would probably last a few days. I have Thursday-Saturday off, which will give me time to rest before returning to work on Sunday. Thankfully.
Can anyone give me advice or reassurance? I honestly do not understand how points and absence work.
