Wczoraj poszłam z mamą do sklepu, żeby kupić chleb i trochę warzyw. Na półce widziałam bardzo ciekawe książki, więc długo tam stałam. Mama czekała na mnie przy kasie, aż razem wszystko zapłaciliśmy. Po drodze do domu usiadłyśmy jeszcze na chwilę w parku, gdzie dzieci bawiły się na placu zabaw. Pogoda była piękna, więc zrobiliśmy dłuższy spacer.

Meditation is not there just to feel a certain way or have some transcendent experience . . . people that have these sudden awakenings are extremely rare.
The point meditation is to gradually shape and mold your mind by focusing the mind fully with one-pointed concentration on a meditation object, like the breath or loving-kindness.
The Tibetan word for meditation is "gom", which literally means "to become familiar with" . . .
The purpose of meditation is to become familiar with wholesome states of mind and lessening the unwholesome states, like cultivating flowers and pulling up weeds.
It takes time. Don't focus too much about where you're "at" . . . just sit. It's like watching water boil, just keep going, keep sitting, the insights will come. The peace will come, just believe in yourself and never give up

I have been taking MJ for a month and had my 5th 2.5ml injection on Friday morning. On Monday , about 2 hours after my lunch, I got some really bad stomach pains that came on quite quickly. It was mainly in the upper abdomen but also spread to my back. I just about made it home from work when I was sick and strangely this bought no relief to the strong but dull ache I had been suffering. This went on for about 6 hours when I finally managed to fall asleep. The next day I woke up feeling much better, just very weak and a little shaky.
I haven’t had any side effects until now and have lost just under a stone in a month. Looking back on what I had for lunch, I had made a potato salad which did have a little gherkin and raw onion which I know can cause some people problems. The only other new food I had introduced was some high strength Manuka honey as I have had a horrible cough.
Previous to this, I have loved taking MJ. It worked so well for me and I was just creeping out of the obese category which gave me Hope for the future. My concern is that this incident was something more sinister. After reading about pancreatitis I noticed that the symptoms were similar to mine but would they just go away the next day like that?
I am a single mum to 2 lovely children. We lost their Dad to cancer 10 years ago so I have a huge fear of falling ill myself. The absolute last thing I want to do is to end up in hospital and I think this is what is making me stress out so much.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Shall I take my next dose on Friday or give up altogether?

I used to be really excellent at interviewing. But my confidence has been shot and I feel beaten down after some recent traumatic experiences. I am also in that weird spot where I have a Bachelor’s with limited experience in my actual field. So I’m overqualified and under-qualified at the same time. I feel constantly tense, on-edge, and I am a much more anti-social person compared to the bubbly person I used to be. I feel scared about my financial situation constantly and I know this attitude will not exude the mentality I will need to perform well on an interview. Logically, I know how to perform well and I have before. But I can’t help but constantly feel inauthentic each day. I am not a great person at “faking it” with certain things beyond some simple embellishment on a resume (nothing crazy — just wording things more professionally like most people learn to do).
