I am kinda disappointed by this.
I saved my marks to be able to afford the 999 portrait frame but kinda got lost in the game and did not watch my marks. Returning to Lohner only to be told the marks I'd just gotten from claiming my challenge rewards were lost as I was already at a "maximum amount of money" (kind of a strange thing to even exist) was a little heartbreaking.

At the end of those missions, at the Prothean ruins, we find the journal entries of both Dr O'Loy & Dr. Cayce. I assume the longer dead body with the notepad to Helen is Dr. O'Loy. In the last journal entry from Dr. Cayce, we hear him say he's going to destroy the artifact & then himself. Well the artifact is still there and no body is laying around that could be Cayce.
Unless he decided to join up with the blue suns and was one of those bodies. Or faked his death to go into hiding. My theory/ head canon is he tried to do something to the Prothean relic & got vaporized in the process.
Just playing that mission now and it finally occurred that I couldn't find his remains and got me thinking up some theories lol. Would love to hear what yall think or any theories you have around this.

This project wrapped up the basics in the Odin project fundamental frontend section. Any advice or tips on this website? I know that some text is almost unreadable and that the website isn't responsive on mobile devices, the project was intended to just work on a PC for the meanwhile.
I been into web development for a few years now but learning scattered information that won't actually get me to do anything useful, but after stampling upon The Odin Project I was able to actually learn and make good websites.

Hi! Currently I use the pixel buds a-series and was looking to buy one of these.
My deciding factors are battery life and sound quality. I would prefer earbuds that last 6+ hours but I've seen people saying that the DPP's don't really last that long. Still it seems as if they offer better sound quality. Which ones should I buy?

2024.11.26 21:40 lass414b 3500 kcal deficit and loosing over a kg of body weight a week (9kg over 7 weeks)

I haven’t posted in here before, so I hope I don't break any of the rules.
But anyways, I started tracking my macros and kcal about two weeks ago and I eat roughly about 3500 kcal a day, sometimes a little more, maybe a little bit closer to 4000 kcal and sometimes a little less, maybe around 3300 kcal but roughly speaking around 3500 kcal a day. I have lost a total of 9 kg over the last 7 weeks and as before mentioned have only been tracking my macros for the last 2 weeks, but over the last two weeks I have lost around 3 kg of weight meaning 1.5 kg of body weight on average. I know most of it if not all of it is fat tissue since my strength in the gym hasn't been going down in fact it's been going up over the last couple of weeks after it started to introduce more fats into my diet since I kind of forgot that I need fats.
Sorry for the long post, the main point begins now:
I'm not trying to sound like an asshole or anything so sorry if this offends some off you but I'm just a bit concerned that I'm losing this much weight while eating around 3500 kcal a day. I am active and cycle to university and the gym everyday (around 20 km a day) and on average walk 14.004 steps a day according to the step counter on my phone and I go to the gym 6 times a week.
I just got a bit concerned when I used the TDEE calculator to roughly calculate my maintenance calories which said that my maintenance calories per day was 3394 kcal.
Idk I might be overthinking this and I might be fine, but I just feel like losing 1.5 kg a week of fat tissue seems like a lot while being above "maintenance" calories. So, should I get my hormones tested or nah?
