But I do now. I know now that you cried that Tuesday night. Ugly cried. A person in common told me (and I could've called her a friend in common, but once again your actions seem to still be leading people to get away from you). She said you whined because I didn't even want to be friends. If anything, all I felt was weirded out- and that was it for you in regards to me.
As for her, the other you- doesn't really matter anymore. You'll see what you do now with what you've done before. I am done being the normal one of the pair- as a matter of fact, I am done being a pair. It was never normal to begin with (nor healthy).
Today I found out what this is, this new kind of hurt in my life that has me twirling around, yet sat oddly still at the same time, in a silent chair; this hurt that has been with me, within me for almost three months now: betrayal.
I realize I'm too old for this stuff. You two clearly do not.
Hope you never get sick of m&m's- I know I did and am still recovering from it. Probably will be for quite some time, still.
But that was your candy of choice. Both of you. M&M.

 | Hello, This recording was taken this morning while I was sitting at work. I suddenly felt more lightheaded than usual, and my heart rate rapidly increased to 140 bpm within a few seconds. The episode lasted about 2 minutes. I’ve had blood tests and a 12-lead ECG done, both of which came back normal. I’m now being referred for an electrophysiological study. Here’s my prior history: Echocardiogram and treadmill stress tests in 2022 and 2023: normal. Treadmill stress test in 2024: normal. Cardio-Stat (7-day monitoring) in 2024: normal. I’ve been on 2.5 for one month, 5mg for 2 months and now on 7.5. No side effects except heart palpitations at night to the point it wakes me up. It only started when I moved to 7.5mg.
I have one more dose of 7.5mg plus 5mg in the fridge (I ordered it before the 7.5 then decided I wanted a higher dose). I’m considering ending my journey soon since I’m so close to my goal weight.
My question is, do I need to taper down or can I stop completely coming off the 5mg.

Hello,
I’m in the market for a CO2 laser (of maybe an Xtool S1).
I’m now using a sculpfun S30 Ultra 22W, but want to speed up a bit (special when cutting plywood 5mm), and want a enclosure for the smoke.
I have the following machines in mind.
- OMTECH MF1624-60 60W CO2 laser. Very basic, no autofocus, manual up/down of working area, needs an external cooler.
- SIHAO 7050100WT2 100W CO2 laser Unknow brand, bigger work area, autofocus, ruida controller, reci co2 tube.
Or if this is all really bad maybe that the Xtool S1 40w
Or maybe you have some other advise?

Hey all, I’ve been on a waiting list for an ADHD assessment for over 2 years.. About 5 months ago I decided to go private to speed things up a bit… I had my assessment a few weeks ago now which confirmed I have ADHD but what shocked me was they said I’d also shown signs of autism so was referred for an autism assessment… Fast forward a couple of weeks, I was confirmed autistic as well last Friday which honestly had affected me quite a bit as I wasn’t expecting it but now I look back on my life - it explains quite a lot of my traits and behaviours. I feel like I’m at the beginning of a very long journey in understanding who I truly am as I’ve been masking my true feelings & behaviours for a very long time it seems..
The thing I’m struggling with the most right now is anxiety, I was placed on anti depressants 8 years ago for anxiety and I decided to ween myself off them back in August so I could see who my ‘true self’ was but the anxiety has returned & I feel like I did 8 years ago. I’m guessing there’s a lot of people that have been in my position & have felt the same way so I’m reaching out for some advice / guidance / suggestions… I have my first ADHD medication review this week - I’m going to ask about anti-anxiety medication that’s compatible with ADHD meds.
