Reviews I’ve read for the same bag in a newer model still have issues with the stand so I’m weary of getting it. I’ve looked into the Titleist 14 Hybrid and TaylorMade FlexTech Crossover, and the vessel player air but that one is sold out. The Ping Hoofer is consistently on this page as a recommendation but reviews online for the 14 are not good. Can anyone vouch for it? I’ve also looked at the Ogio Woode Hybrid (8 way), Ogio Shadow (4 way), and Ping Hoofer Lite (4 way) but would it be safer sticking to the same top he has now? Thanks in advance!

Hi all. This is a bit of a weird one.
Some background, my best friend and I have been friends since we were 13/14. We’re now 24. We are female btw. Anyways, we have had some big falling outs in between. In highschool we fought over some guy and didn’t speak for a few years until we realized how silly we were being.
Fast forward and we’re really good friends. We’re best friends and we get along so well (or I thought we were especially during a period of our lives where we partied a lot).
Anyways, I have been feeling a weird vibe from her lately. This weird underlying animosity. Every time I say something she kind of responds with an eye roll or if I vent to her she makes as if she isn’t really interested - which makes me feel shit so I kind of retracted a bit. She does also copy me quite a bit so I was thinking maybe jealousy? But idk. I feel like we’re both mature adults and this shouldn’t be happening. I always feel like she is observing me and my reactions to things as a means to justify her reaction to things. She also doesn’t really have a solid backbone and I think she has a low self esteem. I, on the other hand, put effort into myself and have quite a strong personality - so I don’t know if she perhaps sees me as ‘too much’. But it’s really starting to get to me and make me feel like shit and I’m not enjoying the friendship.
Let me know what you think - am I overthinking or ?

Hi All,
I need to remortgage soon but a bit nervous about the impact my insulation might have during valuation.
I installed PIR insulation last year myself. The rafters are 100mm deep so I put 70mm PIR insulation parallel to the rafters. This would leave 30mm gap between the insulation and the roof felt. I also installed 100mm PIR perpendicular to the 70mm insulation, would bring the total to 170mm. I used No Nonsense spray foam to fill any gaps in the insulation.
I guess what's making me nervous is the spray foam I used for the gaps given how most mortgage providers don't like that stuff.
Any thoughts?
