2024.11.26 23:40 pokemonmaster1147 New program designed for powerlifting feels weird
I am new to powerlifting and am trying out for my university team and got recommended the TSA 9 week beginner powerlifting program. I did day 1 and it feels way too easy and light? I can include the progran here but its on boostcamp and on google, but compared to my normal program its so much less stuff? I usually do 2 upper days and 2 lower days with at least 6 working sets per muscle group (sometimes 9 if i have time). I can also include my program if that would shine light but, I described the general gist. I love working out and don't mind the extra hours of lifting from a super long session. I do high volume high weight training and do it by having 3 minute rests between most sets and having carbs and watehydration stuff through the workout. Any advice is welcome and if you need more info please let me know!

I just feel more secure and I love how sexy i feel wearing them, and not once did I have to awkwardly adjust myself or pick a wedgie. I think I’ll stick to thongs from now on ❤️

Good evening! I’m seriously considering getting myself a 124 in the coming month. I’m a massive fan of the look and reading up on it the past few weeks, its ticking all the boxes…
Now, i work a job which requires me to average around 20,000 miles a year, mostly motorway miles, London to Glasgow, Liverpool, Wales ect.
I’ve tried the boring big engine saloon but have had issues mechanically + it is very dull.
The size, cargo space, 2 seats ect doesn’t bother me as the vast majority of my use for the car is just me and a suitcase. What does bother me is i’ll be putting lots of miles on the car. I’ve found an example (linked) with 59000 miles on the clock.
My questions are: A) is it a terrible idea (i’m aware of the irony of treating an 2 seater roadster as a Lexus) B) does anyone have any experience, knowledge on the longevity of the engine? I plan to take it to 100,000 miles and beyond. It would be serviced fully every 6 months but not sure on the general advice. Theres plenty on the MX5 which is legendary in its own right, but not as much on the 124. C) anything other advice/guidance on this?

Hi, I’m kinda new to phasmophobia, I’ve seen many people talking about the possibility to identify a ghost without actually using any instrument, only by their abilities and stuff… but is it the case for every ghost? Like, all of them can be identified by something unique? If so, is there an accurate list I can look at while playing, or a video caring to explain them all in detail? I’ve found some videos but most of them only explain like 3 or 4, and not even very well. Also, I learned about mare ability to turn off a switch instantly after I turn it on, right? So I identified the room, and it kept turning off the light literally half a second after I turned it on, it did it for 3 times, so I was sure it was a mare, it was a wraith… like what?? Did I miss something?

Hey everyone. I have a 02’ Jetta TDI with only one key.
Not a problem but I’d like to be able to start it and be able to lock the door in the winter.
I got a quote from the dealer and it’s $300+ tax CAD for a key and programming which I thought was a little steep.
Can I get a key made and not program it and just use it to lock the doors while I start car with my current key? If not are there any other cheap options?

Ummm...Hey I've never made my own reddit community. But I think for my first post I'd like to post my own SCP Shower Thoughts. When you look at the official SCP Page it says something along the lines of: "At night, SCP_3008-2 (The Staff.) sees any life form it will kill." What happens if you put SCP-999, The Tickle Monster in The Infinite Ikea? What happens if you put SCP-096, The Shy Guy, in a room full of mirrors? Would it attack the mirrors? Would it attack itself? Lastly, If you put SCP-173, Peanut in a room at the bottom of the ocean made of the strongest metals (While using something like facetime to keep looking at it.) and the you got in a space ship and then hung up on him. would he somehow get you and snap the neck?
