Hi there I currently have a 7mo LO that I’m trying to wean off breastmilk. He’s been exclusively EBF but had a few pumped milk in bottles on occasion but has been EBF for the past month I would say. I have frozen milk saved and tried it today and had him take it but he didn’t like it bc my milk was high in lipase - so I’m not sure what to do with my freezer stash.
I read online that when introducing formula to baby to drop one feeding and switch them to bottles. I started today and had him do 3oz of my milk and 1oz formula. I understand that I can do this for 3 days straight and then gradually adding more formula til baby is comfortable.
My question is, when do I add more bottles to his feeding? Should I have him get comfortable with the formula before dropping his entire routine of drinking from me exclusively? or should I drop two feedings and switch it to bottles for the first week of introducing him formula? He still night feeds and I’m also trying to minimize that for the sake of my sleep and sanity. It was really tough at first with him taking the bottle but today he did it. What has worked for you guys?

I remember a pretty long time ago watching a YouTube video about the food in fallout three, specifically where it comes from. In the video, they went over every location and checked for signs of cannibalism or what they might be eating in the map itself. (I.e. in Springvale Elementary. You can find a dead mole rat with a kitchen knife next to it.) I wanted to rewatch it, but I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I’m talking about?

 | Hey guys, first thing, THANKS for the help. Im only 24 years old and im concerned why my teeth are chipping. Im not aware of when the first chip happened but it was maybe in like 2017, then another teeth chipped in 2020, then the other one in 2022 and the other one this 2024. Ive been to 2 dentist one said that it might be the bad habits (but as of today i dont bite nails, indont chew ice or any of that) and other one said it might be the bite misaligned. The probable causes i can determine are that in 2017 i was eating very very little and not eating well, this was due to a period of reflux I experienced, although the acid reflux was not bad, i stopped eating due to paranoia that my digestive system was weak and that my breath would stink of the undigested food. Then after that, it all calmed down and then at 2019 i started again with intermittent fasting and not eating a lot, i just ate like 1-2 per day because i went to college and the paranoia from the breath struck back. From the beginning of 2019 to mid 2020 i used a charcoal toothpaste(read it could damage enamel) and didnt use flouride paste. Btw, I never brushed my teeth at night since I was a child. After 2020 till now I only brushed my teeth when i was going out.(so this could mean 2-4 times a week) My diet improved after 2020 but again from 2022-2024 i’d say never ate breakfast and only ate like 1 strong meal a day and the rest was snacks. When my last teeth chipped(the lower one) it was in 2024, it literally came out on its own when i was pushing with my tongue, then another tiny chunck came off after doing a routine dental cleanse. Ive only had one cavity in my life, i dont have gum problems, i dont have teeth sensitivity), I did have a habit of clenching when i was petting my dogs so could that be another factor? Is the game designed to make matches close? So many matches are 3-0 first set and tiebreak second set.. also when players are tired its like they dont want to win the point, the rallies drag on forever. So many easy shots that should be winners...
Should introduce a hold R2/L2 winner shot that happens on certain situations that needs perfect timing and favourable court position to pull off, because its getting silly playing rallies with 0 stamina on both players.

Has anyone had a reaction with using Eucerin Dual Serum (thimadol) and other products? This morning, I applied Derma E Vitamin E oil on my face, then applied Eucerins dual sérum to my melasma (moustache), then Derma É Vitamin C Daycream followed by Derma Ed's Vitamin C 45 SPF face sunscreen (zinc oxide 20%). After about 15-30 minutes the area around my melasma moustache turned yellow-ish green. This is the first time I've experienced this. I reapplied the dual sérum and sunscreen later in the day and as soon as I rubbed in the skin of my melasma moustache area turned yellow-ish green. Thoughts???
