After long time on the waiting list I got diagnosed late last year via NHS England, more specifically the ADHD Services from the local NHS Trust.
Due to the shortages in medication I only started titration with the same NHS ADHD Services late spring this year.
Whilst in titration I moved to Scotland but continue my appointments for medication review via video.
In the meantime I registered with a GP here, and this month as I've been stabilised on a dose /medication that benefits me I'm ready to be handed over to the GP. So I shared with the GP here in Scotland all the letters with the assessment report, medication review appointment notes and the final discharge letter, all with the relevant NHS England contact details, email addresses, physical addresses, names of the assessor and prescriber etc... .. and I get a call from the practice that they need to refer me to the local mental health services to be assessed and they can't do it because I do not have a letter from an NHS clinic.
When I spoke with the receptionist and explained that it doesn't make any sense to me, she kindly had another GP look at my docs and the 2nd one said the same, no other further details.
What do they mean I do not have a letter from an NHS Clinic?! Does anyone here have any clue?
I'm going to try and get a face to face appointment to get more details, but seems such a waste of an appointment and everyone's time for something that could have been better explained via a message/email 😫
In the meatime, does anyone around here have any piece of wisdom to share?

I wrote some lyrics for a song I composed for an UTAU original song (it's a vocal synthetizer similar to Vocaloid).
I wrote them in english and I asked AI to translate them in japanese keeping rhymes and the same amount of syllables.
It sounds okay but the meaning of some lyrics was altered to make it suitable for the japanese language.
Can you check if everything makes sense?

I’m revisiting some company functionality for submitting issues/bug reports from our company’s custom Maui app. Included in those used to be the device phone number so that we would know what device is being used and how to easily contact the user in the field. That appears to not be possible in newer Android OSs.
From what I’ve found, the only id we can get from the device is the Android Id but this identifier does not seem to map to anything in our MDM so that makes it useless. Does anyone have any background on how this sort of thing is achieved in Android 12 on? Any sensible way at all?

I am trying to buy the EMR stylus from Amazon Canada and there seems to be two of them with different price points ($74 vs $90). I care a lot about the customizable button. The lower priced one has the button in the image but description does not mention it. Is that really the case? Let's jot down some not so obvious tips n tricks we've noticed that may not be very noticable
After 45+ hours I've tailored a bit of my play around these little things, placebo or not.

Armor has weak points: Aim for the joints, pits, neck, side of head, ears, feet, etc.
Do small bar jobs, they increase your reputation and increase rewards for other jobs or when selling goods.
revisit zones: new quests and side stuff pop up in anomalous fields and towns, even in little shacks and side areas.
it's OK to not loot everything: the bread or vodka you leave lying around may be helpful next time you are in the area doing a side job or artifact hunting.
hunt artifacts: should be obvious, but just cause you leave the lesser zone, doesn't mean artifact stop spawning there, every new emission is a chance for loot.
mysterious dead stalkers and thier PDAs: I have notices that when running through a same area numerous times, I find bodies that wasn't there previously, these bods can have PDA that lead me to some choice loot or to an encounter I would not have had had I not got that corse on that run.
unique mutants: not all mutants have the same defensive stats, and by that I mean not all blood suckers and dogs are the same, sometimes you notice a dog is more skittish if you have a shotgun or and AR, and it approaches more aggressively or just runs away.
Making Money: increased rep leads to selling stuff for better prices, ammo and artifacts are the best value for weight. You can sell back mods on broken weapons to a tech for dosh, and sell red break items to ragman in rostok.

Hopefully some of this was helpful, im sure most of you already noticed alot of these but I thought I should share.
Again some of these may just be placebo but it has drastically effected how I approach the zone and overall improved my experience.

I'm currently working on a new maintenance guide for the 2015-2021 Mk7/7.5 Golf GTI but editing is going to take. some. time. so I figured to share these now (because why not?). And yes, I paid thirty-seven real American dollars to access and download these then organized them and created downloadable links for each and every one.
These PDFs are from erWIN, VW's online repository for service information. Each has an initial popup that "repairs may only be performed by trained personnel" that must be agreed to, as well as a subsequent "Cautions and Warnings" section that must be scrolled through before clicking another "OK" button. If the OK button doesn't work, open the file directly from its downloaded location rather than from the internet browser. By turning off JavaScript in Adobe Acrobat and using it to open the files, these steps can be avoided (Menu > Preferences > JavaScript). All are the most current versions available as of November 2024.

For some manuals like the Fuse Box Diagrams, you will need the vehicle's production date (I think that's what it's indicating... tell me if I'm wrong). On the bottom of the B-pillar behind the driver's door is a label with a month and year on it (mm/yy) as well as other information such as the VIN.
EA888 Gen3 engines in the manuals are as follows: a 2015-2017 Non-PP is CXCA, a 2015-2017 PP is CXCB, all 2018s are CXCB, and all 2019-2021s are DKFA.
DSG transmissions in the manuals are as follows: the 6-speed used from 2015-2018 is a DQ250 found under 0D9 and the 7-speed used from 2019-2021 is a DQ381 found under 0GC.
The manual transmission is an MQ350 found under 02Q.
This chart details the fluid capacities of each model year. Note that the VAQ fluid capacity is undefined since a leveling procedure is involved but a single 850mL bottle is more than adequate.

2018-2021 Maintenance Manual Note: Although this is the correct and most current edition, it lacks features like headlight diagrams and the correct 7-speed DSG information. Fortunately, any important information can be found in other manuals.
