I’m sharing this here in case it helps others in their research. This is what I settled on today and it took three visits to the dealership, although the first visit was to price the AWD EX-L trim. Let me know if you think this was a good deal.
Location: NJ
MSRP: $42,250
Purchase Price: $39,300
Etch fee (they wouldn’t take this off): $198
Doc fee: $799
NJ Online registration fee: $10.05
Trade in: $18,500
Total taxable amount: $21,807.05
Taxes (6.625%): $1,444.72
Motor vehicle tire fee ($1.50 per new tire): 7.50
Registration/title fee: $264.00
Total: $23,523.27
Rebate: $500

Their counter came in high at MSRP plus etch fee and pro pack add-on. The pro pack was an additional $1,500.
They tried to then take $1,000 off the pro pack and $1,250 off the MSRP. I told them that we’re still too far apart so they let me walk.
An hour later they texted back seeing if could do $39,500. I countered with $38,500 but dealer pays for the etch fee and pro pack. They were able to remove the pro pack but not the etch fee with final price before tax/doc/dmv of $38,800.
Color: Urban gray pearl exterior, black interior.
I put a $500 refundable deposit and they said they’d have it for me on Friday or tomorrow the earliest as it’s coming from a different dealership.
———————— For the 2025 AWD EX-L negotiations:
MSRP: $38,305
Their first offer was $40,305 with the above etch and pro pack.
I told them I wasn’t going to pay above MSRP so they came back with $35,805 with $20,000 trade in when we were ready, as we told them we were still researching.
All in all, I’m happy we went with the hybrid sport touring. A family friend recently purchased the EX-L AWD (gas) for $38,500 sticker price and $43,000 ish OTD in NY, so it feels like a good deal.

My wife was just put on blood pressure meds and her doctor told her she needs to monitor her blood pressure at home. We've been looking at different options and our heads are kind of spinning from all the choices out there. I'm thinking a wearable device is better for her because she gets very anxious whenever she tests (she has anxiety and is a bit of a hypochondriac) which gives her a higher reading so I'm thinking a wearable would be better so she doesn't have to focus on it in the moment. But are they accurate? How do they work without a cuff? She we just forget the wearable and buy a cuff?

Hello everyone. So I am seeking advice on how to handle a certain family situation revolving money that’s owed.
As of 3 months ago, my sibling (36F) asked me kindly for a loan of $1,000. I now (27M) am the youngest in our immediate family and the most financially literate and independent. Anyways, I agree to loaning her the money as before I had the confidence to do so because I would always recieve my money back within her designated time frame. However, this time it felt different, she expressed how she was extreamly late on rent and bills were pilling up. She also lives with our mother who also helps out with bills and such. Anyways, she explained to me to refrain from speaking to my mother about loaning her money as it might spark up a negative conversation between the both of them. As promised, I refrain from involving her in the transaction. I send the money out that day and was told within the next 2 weeks i’ll have my money back in full. I was then told a month later that she’s still expecting payment to send to me and the continued rent stops her from paying me back. I then decided to give her the benefit and cut the $1,000 down to just $500 and we could close it out without myself having to ask her for an update on the money that’s owed to me. She appreciated it and said she’ll be paying me back each week $100 until the $500 is complete. I understand and carried on. It has now been 3 months and yet to recieve anything. I’m frustrated and displeased as I asked her for an update today and was told she’d rather pay her rent than to pay me back. I don’t understand if i’m being “strong armed” or being labeled as I should feel guilty for asking what’s owed to me. I spoke to my brother who suggests I should speak to our mother about the problem as I manage her finances and monitor it on a daily basis and could see she has more than enough to pay me back in behalf of my siblings. Any advice on what I should do?

Someone mentioned it and it's important. Harbinger and the skimmers share physical characteristics however they share physical characteristics with the Primordial from the time of the forerunners.

The Primordial had 3 fingers and several legs, infection forms have many tentacles but the Precursor was talking with Librarian in some kind dream had 5 fingers like Librarian and Librarian said "We aren't that different" we don't have more descriptions of the Precursor but they explained the Primordial and the flood are corrupted forms of Precursors then we have one of the lines of Harbinger during the fight:

They went back to Halo Fall of Reach to change the times the character said "My" to add emphasis in the 2010 edition what was very dumb in my opinion but it happened so maybe when Harbinger says "plans change" and Halsey says "Plans change"

Weapon is a copy without memory so that could be the case of Harbinger but she has lines of Gravemind so MAYBE it's related to what the forerunners did with the Endless.
The skimmers aren't considered Endless for some reason. The monitor didn't say anything about them when she saw them but she said to Harbinger she wouldn't tell her the location of the cylixes of the Endless.
The copies react in a similar way to similar circumstances, that's true too so Harbinger and the Endless could be a partial copy of the Gravemind but it would be weird that Librarian had done that since she considered Gravemind a corrupted version and the Precursor talking with her had 5 fingers like humans.
Then more likely the Gravemind part was a thing of the Forerunners after the firing of the rings.
