2024.11.27 02:40 Randomsearching93 AIO thinking my husband lazy pos for not helping enough with our newborn baby

Me and my husband have a 3 month old, it’s our first child. Since she’s been born I’ve slowly resented my husband for not pulling 50%, he’s barely maybe helping 10%.
He was given 6 weeks paternity leave during this time he’s sleep in till 11am, wake up go for a walk alone without us to “exercise”, then come home and try to get me to decide what’s for dinner. He didn’t really help beyond being emotional support, hold her when I needed a break, and did the dishes (not bottles). He doesn’t like laundry so none of that. He would sleep for 11+ hours blaming undiagnosed sleep apnea that he does not want to follow up on. While I’m up with newborn at night alone
When he returned to work he used it as a reason he couldn’t help around more cause “he works”.
Now I’m back at work and she’s at daycare…she’s primarily taking bottles. It’s time for no more excuses, room for 50/50 parenting but when I ask for more help he will ignore me. Then I say it multiple times and he says I sound mean. Tbh I shouldn’t have to ask. For example we drove 6 hours to see him family 3 day weekend he changed one diaper. I did all the rest, every outfit change, everything. He said “well I drove there” …. He truly thinks he does enough of 50% but it’s no where close. He’s never taken her to the store alone. Drive her in the car 1x alone for 5 minutes. 0 baths alone. Minimal dinners made. Doesn’t know her diaper size or where he clothes even go in what drawer.
We got in a very bad yelling argument today when I said I need more and I’m starting to resent him, called him a POS and yelled pretty bad, he just said sorry I’m not as great as you your so perfect in a mocking tone. I’m tired of having to tip toe and float his ego. I’ve been nicely asking for help for weeks and I’m over it, it’s time to be truthful and say you’re not pulling your weight. But again why I’m here am I over reacting/being mean(bitchy).
Also he wanted a child and she was planned

Scenario: alleged victim was 17 at time that the charge was filed (grooming) and is now 19 (of legal age). She never wanted the state to press charges though her parents did. Ultimately the state pressed charges.
Does this make it more likely that the case will go to trial and alleged victim will be subpoenaed? Is there anything defense can do to get the case dismissed or ensure with high probability a good outcome? What would it take to dismiss a case and what factors are likely to make that happen? Is there anything that changes in the rights of an alleged victim upon becoming of legal age?

I’m at the bottom of the barrel of my school’s baritones. This one sounds nice, but all the bell screws are gone. I don’t want to waste money on the wrong thing. Where can I get screws for this.
It’s an old conn thing serial number H26401. I suspect it’s old enough that Google won’t have an easily accessible answer, but it has been a high school marching band instrument for years so it could be brand new and real dinged up for all I know. If anyone knows how get the right size screws and where to source them I would be very grateful.

Hi, i’m 16 and female, and i’ve been trying to manifest a dream boyfriend. Like one out of thin air. And i’d been getting more confident lately with my looks and my mindset little by little, but I’ve gotten super stressed out about the manifesting. And i’ve looked up all these things on how to do so on tiktok, and Reddit, + seeking help from other articles and I’ve overwhelmed myself searching through ways to speed up the process because there’s so many. And i’ve just seen a new one today talking about a Human Design chart and non specific manifestors and telling whoever that may be (just looked up the chart and put some information in) needs to match the personality of the person you’re asking for and now I’m about to spiral about it. I’m a pretty sensitive person and have shed a few tears about this. And i’m also not the most confident coming to challenges like these. I feel discouraged, and feeling as if i want to give up. I know i deserve this boy and my desire to make this dream come true is strong but i realize i don’t really understand anything about manifesting, i only know the basics and have only manifested a couple things. (Which im very grateful for.)
So sorry if this comes off as desperate or whiny, but this genuinely is causing distress. I’ve been doing good with being neutral and detaching from the manifestation, but everything just came tumbling down. Please help!!

2024.11.27 02:40 Beginning_Sky_5 6 weeks - curved spine? Reflux - sad baby - someone help me before I loose it

So my baby girl was was born at 37+4. Easiest baby for the first 3 weeks. I thought I win the jackpot because my oldest had horrible reflux when he was a newborn.
Sure enough...she developed it and it's even worse than his! She spits up so much even hours after eating. And trust me I know all the secrets for reflux...keeping upright for 30 min after feed ect. She's even in a reflux prescription. She spits that up too but I never know if it's all of it or just some of it. She's gaining weight and it's good there. She is always choking while she eats and always sounds congested.
Anyway, I just recently this past week or two noticed her back is starting to curve. She only sleeps with her head to the right side and now her spine is starting to curve. Could her curved spine be making her reflux and overall mood worse. I hold her for hours and as soon as I lay her down she spits up and screams. I can see she's so uncomfortable.
Note : I did make an appointment to the pediatric Chiropractor on Monday . But I just need to know has anyone else delt with this or know how I can help her? I miss my happy baby who wasn't constantly in pain
