When you come out of the Unity, your first quest is to go to the Lodge. But if you go back to the Argos mining site on Vectera first, you'll find Barrett and the others in the aftermath of the fight with Spacers. Barrett only reminds you to take the Artifact to the Lodge.
But when you go to the Lodge, they don't recognize you until Vasco scans you. Not only that, they inform you that Vasco delivered the Artifact already. If I recall correctly, Barrett sent Vasco with you, so... Where did You end up?

Could be the plot, lack of something, the art, a story line, anime canon you wanted in the manga, a moment, anything. ANYTHING.
● I want to see more of Sakura, Kakash, Tsunade, Orochimaru. They could all be useful to the plot and I'd like to see their reactions to Naruto being "dead" and Sasuke going rogue again. Sakura has to be trippin; she's Sasuke's wife and team mate who she went through hella shit with and we don't even see a moment with her reaction. We just need some more depth in this story with the worldbuilding and side cast.
I know we are getting into all that stuff now it seems, but I feel like especially Sakura's reaction should've been covered already.
● Personally, I'd change how Sasuke lost his rinnegan, if at all. I get why Naruto losing his power had to be a massive moment but I feel like Sasuke lost his power way too insignificantly with no emotional impact. Obviously, I'm not going to cry about a rinnegan with no consciousness but I'd have liked to see such a huge power source of Sasuke be destroyed in a more honourable and memorable way. I'd rather him lose it to Isshiki, or fighting some kind of other great threat. Getting it destroyed after the shit was beaten out of him and Momoshiki's chakra signature being masked is just ratty asf imo and he was done dirty.
● I also wish the Deepa Arc was in the manga. Fucking loved that arc. Deepa was such a unique villain with a cool personality. It also added a ton of development to team 7. If it was in the manga, compression rasengan would also be in the manga.
I have so much more to say but I don't want to spam too many paragraphs.
honourable mention: I wish Tsubaki was manga canon and that we'd see a lot of her (wish we'd see a lot more of all the new konoha 11 and develop them)

I know I will get thin bits but this seems excessive. I have been throwing some thin bits in every time I add two square logs but they are gone so fast. I don’t know whether to go through all the wood and separate it all and see how much thin stuff we actually have and complain about it but I don’t know if I’m being petty.
