Before you say anything, it’s not inherently a sexual thing. I just like the feeling of wearing a collar and having a leash attached. I let my friend (who’s the only person IRL who knows) hold the leash while we hang out in their house. Like if I do something they don’t like, they give it a tug and tell me no. And I can’t explain how it makes me feel, but I like it a lot.
I have a lot of abandonment issues from past trauma and stuff, and being on a leash, kept close to someone I trust just makes me feel safe. The controlling stuff also makes me feel like I’m being looked after. Like I’m tethered to them. And they won’t ever leave.
Obviously I’m very embarrassed about this weird little thing I have, so yeah.. sorry if it’s weird.

Hi all,
Just wanting to know if it would be possible for me to resign due to the deterioration of my mental health. My job is full time and skill-based. Over the last year with a change of management, it has become a very numbers driven environment, and holds employees to a seemly impossible standard. Management is passive aggressive and unprofessional. I have been at this company for 3 years, we do not have HR.
Regardless, I cannot continue to work in this environment due to the stress/pressure. I’m having panic attacks at work and my evenings are spent in a state of dissociation. I cannot sleep unless exhausted, and I’m teetering on the edge of self-harm.
I’m wanting advice on how I can proceed, and what my options look like. I have no savings, and live pay-check to pay-check. I have a psychiatrist appointment on Friday, a GP appointment scheduled for the following week, as well as therapy. I have support, so I will be ok, but I’d like to know my options as it’s really just another stressor at this point.
