 | My right upper front tooth is causing me concern. The gums over that tooth are larger than the surrounding teeth, there is slight recession and I sometimes get a strange cold sensation in that tooth that I don’t get in others. Each time I go to the dentist, I’m told that my teeth and gums are healthy and that there is nothing to worry about. They barely even clean them, and I’ve been going to the same dentist for 8 years now so there have been times I needed a deep scaling, it’s not like they’ve never done it before. But for the last year my teeth have looked like this and they keep saying nothing is wrong. Should I get a second opinion? Because I don’t think my gums look very healthy and I’m concerned about the recession over my front right tooth. My dentist has told me both times I went this year that it’s fine and normal for my age(I’m 34) and my orthodontist also said my teeth look fine(I had Invisalign for a few years that ended this fall) Do you think that there is anything I should be concerned about? Should I get a second opinion elsewhere? I brush twice a day, floss and use mouth wash after every meal and I don’t consume much sugar. I also don’t smoke. My Resume & Cover Letter have been reviewed by my site supervisor & we sat down & completed it together. I have sent my Resume & Cover Letter to the Principals but no one will interview me. Principals have called my Site Supervisor but never follow up with me afterwards for an Interview. Yes I’ve reached out the people who are over subbing for my current county as well.. I can’t even get my foot in the door in any county.. & I’ve started applying to food services at this point because I need a job badly.

This isn’t the first time that I’ve expressed concerns about my struggle with repentance on the app but right now a huge issue with me is that whenever I repent I feel like i struggle to feel enough guilt or sincerity in my sin to be forgiven, i have been dealing with this for a really long time, it is my lack of guilt that is causing it if you will.
How can I be forgiven if I don’t have enough guilt and keep returning to the same sin knowing that Allah is watching?

2024.11.27 02:20 mda0876 What are your tried and true strategies for getting your brain to shut off at night?
I have such a hard time falling asleep every night and it's because my brain always starts going a mile a minute as soon as my head hits the pillow. I'll start thinking about everything from long-term awkwardness with my mother-in-law, to something I just read, to some random thing I should ask Google about, to some mistake I made years ago, etc.
I also suffer from anxiety so that plays a part too. But I really need to find a way to turn things off -- otherwise it can take me an hour or two to fall asleep. I'm so jealous of people like my husband who can pass out as soon as he lays down. I wish there was just a little light switch that I could flip at night to instantly quiet my brain.
The worst part is I'm a new mom to a four month old and desperately need sleep. I can't afford to waste hours just trying to fall asleep every night. Before I know it, the baby is awake again. But no matter how tired I am, my brain still wants to go wild.
Any tips? Thanks!

I’ll make this brief.
I had zero interest in 2077 when it came out, the image I had of the game was a shittier and glitchier GTA5, when Edgerunners came out I got really hooked into the small pieces of lore I was able to see. I am 100% getting this game, but my question is, do you think it’s gonna be on sale in the steam Autumn Sale? And if it won’t , do you think it’s worth 80 dollars? (I will be getting the DLC too) I have no issues waiting until it goes for sale, but I also have zero issues with just straight up paying the 80 dollars. I want to know if the game and the dlc are worth 80 dollars to you in case it doesn’t go for sale in the Autumn Sale.
In the 4 years the games been out, I haven’t had ANY spoilers besides Johnny? Which I’m not even sure if it’s true or not. Thanks for the feedback!
