Hi bakers
My go to new york cheesecake recipe uses 5 packs of cream cheese with eggs and sugar. Everyone usually loves it and it turns out creamy and a little dense. This week I'm making the cheesecake as a birthday cake for my mom who likes lighter and airier cheesecake. I don't want to use another recipe because this one gives me failsafe results everytime.
Do you all think I can substitute 3/4 pack of cream cheese with sour cream or heavy cream to make the cheesecake lighter in texture? How would it affect the baking time and temperature?

While I like Bowser Jr. and consider Bowser's interactions with his son to be sweet, the Nintendo retcon of the koopa kids as part of Bowser's family makes me unhappy. 2024.11.27 04:50 Effect-Fit Visual issues (might be a long read because it’s hard to explain)

Okay so I suffer with a lot of symptoms. But one of many is floaters and visual snow etc. now something I have that I haven’t hear anybody else have is what in about to describe. So I have very bad static which I’ve heard others say. I have very bad floaters and white dots ets I’ve heard others say. But what I haven’t heard is after images and flashing. And what I mean by this is this.
When I look about there isn’t flashing as where something gets brighter or a light appears. But my vision will dim and then brighten back up almost like a strobe light. And it keeps doing this. And if I look at anything with lines, lights, colorful, screen. When I shut my eyes or look away that image is sort of stuck in my vision for the next 30 secs. I have went to an optician at the start of the year for these issues and said they can’t see anything. So I put it down as visual snow. As a part of what ever is happening with my pots/ dysautonomia. Does anybody else suffer from this it makes my vision miserable and also what actually causes this? Thank you 🤍

Hi everyone. I have a very simple problem and I can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong. I am from the Juniper world, not much experienced in Cisco. I have read a few relevant posts and according to those posts, my prefix-list is fine. I would appreciate some guidance on the matter. Thanks in advance.
So R1 and R2 have an eBGP peering. R2 is supposed to send a default route to R1. BGP peering is up. Here is the config on R2.
R2(config)#ip prefix-list PL111 permit 0.0.0.0/0 R2(config)#route-map RM111 permit 10 R2(config-route-map)#match ip address prefix-list PL111 R2(config-route-map)#exit
