I’ll start this by mentioning I’m a 24 Y/O female. I just started my new job as a nursing assistant at a hospital around 2 months ago. Around a month ago I was in the hospital due to Covid which caused severe dehydration, which ended up causing sinus tachycardia(HR was in the 140’s for almost 18 hours.)
Ever since my POTS symptoms have gotten increasingly worse, my heart rate lingers between 120-150 when I’m at work, and my blood pressure has been high. I am seeing a cardiologist and am currently wearing a ZIO heart monitor.
Part of me thinks I should leave my current job due to all of these problems. I’m scared that I’m going to have a heart attack. The problem with that is, I don’t want to have a bad reputation, because I’m working on my nursing degree and don’t want to lose my opportunity of working at the hospital in the future. I also worry that friends and family members will just think I’m making excuses and being lazy. It’s really a lot to think about.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THE PSYCHOLOGY BEHIND THIS BEHAVIOUR???
I have been curious as of this year about a 48F who has maybe or maybe not shown interest in me.. I have chosen to be single since 2018. I have focused on my businesses and growing myself as an individual.. and over the recent 4 years I've had a run in with this lovely lady every couple of months, and we got to know each other really well, she is a single mom. Absolutely sweet, her kid is a cool little dude too. She isn't the most beautiful person in the world but I find her attractive, I on the other hand have quite sharp features.. have been called a young Johnny Depp before. Anyway whenever we talk, she always says there's younger guys at her work, MUCH YOUNGER THAN ME she always specifies this, and they try to get with her but she turns them down because they are young. Now I want to know why is it over 4 years every time we happen to cross paths and catch up, why does she always emphasize on this? The conversation is usually normal until this specific topic gets brought up again, in recent months it happened again and really got me thinking, is she peacocking for attention to feel better? Or is she trying to tell me to grab her up and love her? I'm so confused.. please any help would be appreciated. I DO NOT show her intimacy in any form or way.
I keep it 1000% normal, and as realistic as possible, how I am with every other human on this planet. as if she is a colleague. That's how I treat others. SHE HOWEVER always brings up intimate things which kind of freeze me.

 | Hi, I am making an aluminium helixcal antenna for 1.3GHz signal (this is my first antenna) . I calculated the antenna value on https://www.everythingrf.com/rf-calculators/helical-antenna-design and simulated on CST design suit. I used the Aluminum crafting wire for the antenna. After crimping the end or the wire and solder to the N type connector, the S11 value from NanoVNA is less than 1/3th of the simulation. I suspect that there is impedance mismatch at the joint ? If so how can I solve it ? I check on other posts that they use a trip of copper and place it parallel with the ground plane, but since I don't have the welding equipment I simply can't do it.
