"Do you need any help in understaning the question?" Am I right? Can we leave the propostion out... Re: in two weeks/weeks' time/weeks time Thank you for your answers. Funny, in my book (Handbuch des englischen Sprachgebrauchs - it is mainly written in German) it says with a plural construction you can use it with or without the apostroph (examples from the book): (1) I need confirmation from a native English speaker. (2) I need confirmation by a native English speaker. Which preposition should I "I need your help" - I need your knowledge, there is something that I can't do and only you can help me with it. "Can I ask you a favour?" - This is asking someone to do an action that you can do yourself, you just want someone else to do it. They are different things and can be used in a situation like this: "Hi, can I ask you a favour?" I don't think more volition is implied in the Italian original. It's just a fixed sentence, generally used at the end of letters. A literal translation may not be the most suitable choice here. I generally translate this closing remark with something along the lines of Should you need any further clarifications, please do not hesitate to ... on is better but for works too. These are the best choices in this context where "approval" is a yes/no checkbox item. My guess is that you need more information about how to use the present perfect. If that is true, then you can find some good information about all the common verb tenses on a website called "The English Page". Here is a link to information on that site about the present perfect. I read in a grammar book that it should be "in pen".

Siento que acabo de volver a perder las riendas de mi vida desde 2022, cuando escogí mal mi carrera por tener en cuenta la opinión de los demás, luego por querer depender de alguien y esperar cosas de mi familia.
Por la pandemia perdí la percepción del tiempo así que cuando estuve en ultimo año del bachiller en 2021, ni sabía que era el último hasta el final de año, no sentía en ese momento que tenía 17 años, luego de un momento a otro ya me estaban metiendo cosas de la vida adulta que no sabía cómo asimilar y ni podía pedirle a mi familia de ir un paso a la vez porque me decían que el tiempo se acababa o me decían entonces que no hacer nada; me dijeron que debía escoger rápido carrera, de ahí por "bromas" de mi mamá en que me dijo que me iba a pagar la carrera de odontología, me tuvo con la ilusión 1 mes, hasta que me dijo que no había dinero, luego empecé a buscar otras pero tampoco era mucho que podía hacer, siempre me imponían la carrera de mi hermano y al final por llevarles la contraria, inscribía cualquier materia solo para fastidiarlos. Al final escogí una licenciatura solo porque vi en el título inglés, y ya sabía algo de este.
Empecé la carrera en 2022 y la verdad, empezó un desgaste mental y físico, aunque me empezó a gustar la pedagogía, no era algo a lo que quería dedicarme, pero pasé con notas medias el primer semestre, ya el segundo empezó mi depresión y ahí fue igual, solo que tuve 2 intentos. Ya luego con más calma, mi familia me propuso el cambiar de carrera, pero de nuevo, por llevarles la contraria preferí seguir con esta, ya que era doloroso ver que mi circulo familiar era el único que nunca me apoyaba y todo porque era muy tímido y cerrado para ser docente.
Ya mi 2023 casi ni asistí al primer semestre y terminé perdiendo dos materias (podía pasarlas pero los profesores hicieron de todo para evitarlo) luego el siguiente semestre estuve en modo automático, me la pasé peleando en rectoría pidiendo que se me pasara una de las materias ya que en esta entregué todo pero no me lo validaron por asistencia (conmigo hicieron una excepción por mi historial). Cabe mencionar que toda esa lucha me tocó solo, ni mi familia trató de escucharme y defendían a la profesora.
Ya en este año me costó el anterior semestre pero conseguí un logro, por mis practicas me dieron un reconocimiento, pero ya en vacaciones me puse a buscar empleo y me di cuenta que en ningún momento busqué algo relacionado a ser docente, no me apasionaba ser profesor y ni me veía ejerciendo el rol por amor, solo sería por necesidad, y ahora le pedí a mi familia el poder cambiar de carrera y me echan en cara que me dieron la oportunidad en su momento, que ahora se gastó mucho dinero y por 3 meses fue hacerme lo saber en todo momento, hasta que tuve que llamar a emergencias por ideas suicidas, apenas por eso mi familia se calmó y ahí dijeron que podía cambiar y me seguirían apoyando económicamente, la verdad seguí con la carrera solo para no desaprovechar que iba en la mitad pero la verdad cuando seguía en clases no ponía atención, toda tarea era con chatgpt y volví a solo dormir 3 horas. volví a pedirles eso a mi familia y se repitió todo, ya luego se acuerdan de mi historial psicológico y cambian el tono. Ya en octubre mi mamá me dijo que cancelara el semestre, luego me envía links de otras universidades más baratas o públicas pero por un puntaje de un examen no puedo entrar a estas, entonces veré si podré seguir en la misma universidad pero en la carrera que siempre quise inicialmente, o, me tocará trabajar y tratar de seguir bien. Pero, sinceramente no se que he hecho en estos años de vida, aunque siga joven me duele ver que aunque traté de alejar a mi familia en mis decisiones a los 16, nunca lo hice, apenas extraño salir a estudiar porque me mantenía lejos de ellos, y he estado encerrado en mi cuarto, apenas tratando de no volver a tener esas ideas suicidas.

I just started playing magic, I have a commander precon and a couple of the starter products from foundations. I mainly have been playing MTG arena while building up the courage to play commander at my local game store in Chicago. I’m curious if people have any recommendations on what I should put on my Christmas list?
I really would love to open a collector booster box but can tell it’s probably not worth the money. I do love the unique cards in these packs but don’t know if I would be better off getting two play booster boxes for the same price as one collector box. I’ve also considered asking for gift cards to sites that have individual cards, but that feels less fun to just get a gift card.
Idk I’m kind of just curious what stuff people would recommend buying for a new player like me?
