Does anyone have advice on how to match this texture? I had to replace my shower and the drywall around it due to a water leak. I attempted a rough knockdown texture (seen in the last photo), but it does not match at all. I plan on sanding it all off and trying again. Any advice? The existing texture seems thicker than I have seen before.

This post pertains to a situation experienced by a friend of mine in Dubai. Three months ago, she received a better job offer from a new company, prompting her to resign from her previous position. However, she is currently facing issues with the salary that was promised to her. This situation has caused her significant distress and mental anguish.
According to her, the initial offer included a salary of five thousand dirhams, which represented a 20 percent increase over her prior earnings. The offer letter was subsequently sent via email, clearly stating the amount of five thousand dirhams. After resigning, she joined the new company and entered a 30-day grace period following her cancellation.
The new employer collected all her documents and passport, indicating that the long visa process would commence shortly. She continued to work there, even without a work permit, which was expected to be resolved soon. However, during the final week of her grace period, she was summoned to the HR department to sign the labor contract necessary for the visa process.
Upon reviewing the contract, she was taken aback to find that it only specified a salary of two thousand dirhams. When she raised her concerns, HR informed her that the organization would adhere to the amount stated in the offer letter, while the figure in the contract was in accordance with company policy, assuring her that there was no cause for concern. Given that her grace period was nearing its end, she felt compelled to sign the contract.
After receiving her e-visa, she initially felt relieved. However, her first salary for September, paid in October, amounted to only two thousand five hundred dirhams. The subsequent salary for October was a mere one thousand dirhams. Despite multiple discussions with her manager, no resolution was reached, leading her to file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE).
Following MOHRE's advice, she visited the office for further discussions, but the employer remained uncooperative. She has reported this issue to MOHRE again and is now awaiting a final decision.
What are the potential outcomes of this situation? Will she receive the justice she seeks? If wnot what can she do? Has anyone else encountered a similar experience?
