Lack of Vision: There’s no evidence of innovative ideas or actionable plans to bring positive change to the CA community.
Authoritarian Behavior: His management style has been compared to that of a dictator. Such an approach is neither conducive to collaboration nor leadership.
Misuse of Resources: He has reportedly been forcefully utilizing his office staff for election campaigning, which is both unethical and unprofessional.
No Work-Life Balance Advocacy: As a director at EisnerAmper, he’s been known to promote a toxic "work comes first" culture. This is not the mindset we need in a leader representing our interests.
No Meaningful Contributions: Despite holding significant positions, there haven’t been any noteworthy recommendations or initiatives to improve our profession.
We need leaders who embody integrity, inclusivity, and a vision for the future—not someone who prioritizes power over purpose. Let’s make an informed decision and choose candidates who truly represent our values and aspirations.

I’m wondering if anyone can advise me on what if anything we can do about this situation. Google and the Access Canberra website have not been very helpful.
We moved into our place a few months ago and the house next door has been unoccupied the whole time we’ve been here. When we first moved in we saw people clearing it out but we haven’t seen anyone around since then. It’s not on the market, it’s just sitting empty.
The problem we have is that with all the rain and hot weather the front garden has gone wild. The grass is extremely high and coming into summer we’re getting a little worried about snakes in the long grass. Is there anyone we can contact about this? Access Canberra/Fix My Street? It’s private property but we have no way of contacting the owners to let them know.
I understand there might not be anything to be done but I thought I’d see if anyone had any ideas.

Hey, first post. I just completed year 11, and I have got my first ATAR est. I do have the goal to get into dent, although my understanding is that undergrad is extremely hard to get into.
My est was 97.10 which I dont think is currently good enough to get into undergrad. I do plan on sitting the ucat next July-aug.
I was wondering what type of chance (if any) I have of getting into dent here or just in any school in AUS. (I am fairly certain I can get my atar into the 98s, but still unsure about 99 - I had a bad exam block this sem otherwise, I would've had a 98).
For some context, the top 10-15 people get 99 at my school, and am sitting in the top 25. I guess getting a 99 will depend heavily on my yr12 performances.
Any help is appreciated and would love to here any tips/stories. I also wont be cut if your keeping it real with me, I would still like to know.
Other things:
Subjetcs- Chem, Bio, Psych (switching to phsyics for a minor), Spec A (specialist methods maths), English
I have TONS of work experience in a variety of clinics as a dental assistant and have shadowed endodontists as well as maxillofacial surgeons. I dont know how much this would actually help with my application though.
(any ideas about postgrad paths are also something I would like to know about, and would be greatly appreciated.)

Hey everyone,
I’m planning to get a set of Sparco Terras and wrap them in Continental DWS06+, as winter wheels. I live in the PNW and my car won’t be driven in any snow, so I just need these for the cold (30-50F) and rain.
I’m stuck between: A) 16x7 wheels and 205/55/16 tires B) 17x7.5 wheels and 215/45/17 tires
I’ve seen a few posts of Sparco Terras with Blizzaks on 16” wheels, but I’m not sure how DWS06+ would look.
Any thoughts or pics would be appreciated, thanks!

Have different background noises interrupt the sound indicator.
i.e someone throws a nade and it makes a big sound wave that masks any other sound for a couple of secs, have some other map sounds make a sound wave that can mask a certain amount of player sounds.
Idk i'm kinda thinking of splinter cell's sound indicator...

While not in dire need of changes, Vauban is still having a rough time even after 2 reworks. He's essentially only used for vortex and maybe flechette at this point. If he's ever to receive yet another rework, DE should pull inspiration from Helldivers 2.
Change Minelayer into Fortifier. Gut all the abilities and let him spawn turrets from Void Armageddon
Lean into the "firing from orbit" part of his 3 and make it a multi ability. One part a laser that follows enemies and deals guaranteed heat status at high damage, another part a gatling barrage that does IPS and a third that's a high-yield explosive that deals blast
His 4 should remain unchanged except for switching the armor buff Bastille gives into an overguard generator
I have no clue how to save Tesla Nervos...
I love Vauban and his aesthetic, but he's difficult to justify playing in relevant content. Hopefully he gets some love from DE to make him more appealing.
