My car has 194,000 kms(roughly 120,000 miles). I’ve been doing regular engine oil and oil filter changes. Changed Cabin & engine air filter when required. I got transmission oil changed around 35,000 kms(20,000 miles) and i think i don’t need to change it anytime soon(correct me if i am wrong). I’ve never changed brake oil, coolant, steering wheel fluid, particularly because there level is adequate.
It developed a small problem where my car would vibrate(barely noticeable) when put into drive with brakes applied, but the problem would go away if i put it into neutral or parking. I asked 1-2 mechanics about it at the time of oil change about it, but my mechanic gave me the impression to not care about it much. Since i wanted to diagnose it, i thought it’s engine mount, so replaced the engine mount but that did not fix the problem. After that i replaced all four spark plugs but it still didn’t fix the problem. I also tried replacing coil packs but since replacing the coils didn’t fix the problem- returned the new coils.
My car has also started consuming more gasoline than it should(considering small engine and previous fuel efficiency ). Also vibration on idle(when stopped on traffic signal) is still there. I also feel like it’s doesn’t shift gears early(on a soft pedal press) as it used to. I also feel my car doesn’t accelerate as it used to. For that purpose i am gonna try Royal Purple Max-Clean Fuel System Cleaner & Stabilizer. Would that help?
I am thinking it may be slowly developing some problem, so i want to fix everything.
Any recommendations? Please & thank you.

Hello!
I’d like to get a 2nd hair transplant.
What are some clinics in Mexico, Europe, or South America that are reasonably priced and would be a safe bet for diffuse thinning hair?
I’m looking into:
Mexico:
- HMR with Dr Cortez: pretty reasonable reviews, though he proposed 2400-2600 grafts for $6k. This is $2.3 / graft
- Esthetic Hair Mexico - I thought this was a hair mill. Anyone know if there’s an established doctor there? They said I’d need 3500-4k grafts (no price yet, but I’m sure it’ll be cheaper)
- HLC: they quoted 2k-2.4k for 2.7 euro each, and they can do body grafts for additional amounts. Pretty expensive for the distance but the prospect of using body hair sounds nice, because mine is good (my 1st HT doctor said so if that helps)
- AEK - with Dr K - 3600 euros, for 2k or more grafts
- Estenove - my friend went and had a great turnout so I’m biased. 2.5k-3k grafts, for $3750
- Reached out to Dr Clínica Thiago Bianco - they are reviewing my photos

Context:
I’m based out of NJ / NY in the USA.
For my first transplant I went to Dr Bisanga in Greece but he no longer does it there and it’s more expensive if I visit him in Belgium.
I have diffuse thinning and had 2500 grafts removed in my last operation. I’d like to do 2500-3k grafts this time.
We did 2500 grafts to be very safe because I was 24 at the time. Now I’m 29.

I don't know about you all, but this is a C-drama appreciation post. I feel like I can not watch a 'western' drama or even a k-drama like I used to! Since I slowly started to watch more and more c-drama, I found myself being more and more bored with other dramas! I don't know what it is, but something is just missing and most 'other' dramas don't give me this feeling of satisfaction or the feeling of complete sadness after another sad ending and so on and so on.
You guys feel the same?

I just rescued this cat, a lady found her on the street and gave her to me. She is in pretty rough shape. I'm presuming that she is on the older side. She is just skin and bones, the top layer of skin is gone on her nose and it bleeds if it gets touched too much, and I'm pretty positive she has gingivitis. The girl that found her thought about surrendering her to the vet, but when she called and asked about it, the receptionist person said they would most likely just put her down. We do not have a shelter in our area that takes cats either. I'm trying to help her heal to the best of my abilities. Our vet is also booked out right now, there has been a lot of crazy stuff going on with the animals here lately, so even if I could afford it, which I can't, the closest appointment I could get would be a while away (I am however going to try and get her in in the future, I'm just trying to figure out how to help her now) Do you guys have any tips on helping her? I'm trying to get her to eat enough, so I gave her some cooked, unseasoned chicken, chopped finely, and kitten food soaked in bone broth I don't really know what do about her nose, if I don't touch it it scabs up on its own. It hurts her so she isn't a fan of me touching it either I'm going to get that medicated gingivitis water additive tomorrow, and any other gingivitis medicine I can find at our store. Has anyone ever used the water additive before? Does it help? Any other tips are greatly appreciated, thank you!!! (We named her Maple :))
