Hello!
What are some non-schengen countries that are nice for nomads? I need to stay 3 months outside the schengen area but can’t afford to travel too far. Also countries like England and Ireland are a no due to budget considerations.
I’m heading to Albania for a month, not sure if I should stay more since I heard Tirana can be quite boring.
I also have Bosnia in mind and Serbia.
What I’m looking for: -Cheap acommodation -I’m a big city person, somewhere vibrant with lots to do. -Ideally a good nomad community

Me (O1 visa) my wife (TN visa) are looking at getting pre-approved for a mortgage. One question I have is, my wife is about a 750+ score across all three bureaus and I have a 740 with only trans union. We moved here from Canada two years ago and I didn't realize that I needed multiple credit cards to build credit. I have 200K in my American bank account and a solid income as a freelance worker (200K+ in 2024). My wife has a salary of 120k. Should I be worried about getting "pre-approved" for a mortgage with me only having credit on trans union as opposed to all three?

I am in my late 20s and got an okay job in service based company. The money is not as per my experience level or market standards, but it is still good. So, I decided to spend that money on myself. I have been always been disgusted by my heath and overweight, and how it has affected me. I lost confidence in myself, was feeling sad, even got another medical condition.
So, I decided that it was time. I have been going to the gym since 2nd week of November 2024. I hired a personal trainer because of a reason that I will mention later.
I stay in a PG, so it is a bit difficult to maintain stricter diet plans. So, although I avoid fatty foods as much, but sometimes I eat stuff like Poori, Dosa, Upma, etc. (There are other foods like Idli and all, but they are not as fatty as these). But, I make sure that eat less of those fatty stuff.
Things were good at first. I was losing my weight at a good pace. I lost 5 kg in 2.5-3 weeks. I tend to gain weight a lot faster if I eat even a bit of fatty stuff. So, the reason of hiring a personal trainer.
Recently, there was a family function. I didnt eat a lot of unhealthy food. Most of my diet consist of salad and soup , and a little bit of Biriyani and Chilly Gobi (like small amount). But, since then, and since my 4th week, I am not seeing significant weight loss. Like it is more or less constant.
I want to know if this is normal. And I want some encouragement. Please help.

Hello, My friend C is thinking of getting a turtle and I’m a bit worried. I’ve personally owned fish and other aquatic reptiles such as newts but never turtles. The tank she has is 150L or 40G but she can’t fill it up all the way, maybe only half can be filled with water. She has talk about ways to maximise the water and basking space though. The thing is we live in New Zealand where only 4 species are available: Reeves, Snake neck, Red Ear and Painted Turtle. From what I know each of these species need a lot of room, not much when they are small but as they grow they may need more. She has talked about re-homing when they get larger or upgrading if she’s lucky. Should she not get any of these? Which one would be best? ( less room needed and grows slower) I know she can care for it other wise, it’s just the tank size I’m worried about. Some places online say that this is more thank enough room for a baby or up until they are 6-12 months and others say it’s not. If the tank isn’t suitable for any species I’ll type talkber out of it or help her buy a larger tank. Thanks :)

2024.11.27 07:40 Teh0AisLMAO Car won't start and then ac died
Here's the chronology: Saga FLX - car won't start, no starter sound - left for 2 day at mall parking - then came back with tow truck, car suddenly start fine but aircond won't turn on, compressor fan function normally.
After that car run fine except the ac is dead. Compressor fan turn on but no wind came from the ac vent.
I'm suck at diagnosing but I can do the repair myself if I can figure out the problem. Need help if you familiar with this problem.

- Tcg where you use energy cards to summon creature cards but the energy and ceature cards are one and the same so as an example you could summon an earth type golem and a fire type demon, then sacrifice them for a stage 1 lava type monster
- A turn system where you have 5 action points a turn that you can use for things, like for example you could use 2 action points to summon a creature then three to activate a powerful ability and then you dont have anymore actions
