Boredom making me suicidal

The WHO Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office has developed a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) self-help online module on suicide prevention to support anyone experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm or bereavement by suicide manage their own emotions, as well as guidance in providing support to others who may be feeling suicidal. Suicidal behaviours are not easy to explain. They are never the result of a single factor or event. The factors that lead individuals to take their own life are multiple and complex. Health, mental health, stressful life events, and social and cultural factors need to be considered when trying to understand suicidal behaviour. LIVE LIFE, WHO’s approach to suicide prevention, recommends the following key effective evidence-based interventions: limit access to the means of suicide (e.g. pesticides, firearms, certain medications); interact with the media for responsible reporting of suicide; foster socio-emotional life skills in adolescents; early identify, assess ... Every year close to 800 000 people die as a result of suicide. This is one death every 40 seconds. Beyond this, suicide has a ripple effect that impacts on societies, communities, friends and families who have lost a loved one to suicide. So, yes, suicide really is a serious public health problem. In addition, experiencing conflict, disaster, violence, abuse, or loss and a sense of isolation are strongly associated with suicidal behaviour. Suicide rates are also high amongst vulnerable groups who experience discrimination, such as refugees and migrants; indigenous peoples; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex (LGBTI) persons; and prisoners. Suicide remains one of the leading causes of death worldwide, according to WHO’s latest estimates, published today in “Suicide worldwide in 2019”. Every year, more people die as a result of suicide than HIV, malaria or breast cancer ̶ or war and homicide. In 2019, more than 700 000 people died by suicide: one in every 100 deaths, prompting WHO to produce new guidance to help countries ... These include limiting access to means for suicide, interacting with media for responsible reporting of suicide, fostering socio-emotional life skills among adolescents, and early identification, assessment, management and follow-up of persons affected by suicidal behaviours. Millions of people suffer intense grief or are otherwise profoundly impacted by suicidal behaviours. Each suicidal death is a public health concern with a profound impact on those around them. By raising awareness, reducing the stigma around suicide, and encouraging well-informed action, we can reduce instances of suicide around the world. Overview . I I have many hobbies: writing, keeping a complex journal, drawing, painting, animating, filming and editing, playing video games—I have so much to do. Yet, I’m always bored. Everyone’s go-to advice is, “Get off social media, go outside, be creative.” I can do all that and more. But I’m still so bored.
College hasn’t started yet, and when I’m not on vacation, I’m not as bored as usual. Still, I go out with friends a lot, and I have a boyfriend. But honestly, I have no words to fully express how bored and empty I feel. I’m on my meds, I don’t get high, and I go to therapy weekly.
I’ve thought about getting a job, but honestly, I’m pretty sure I’d feel just as bored—only now I wouldn’t just be bored but also annoyed. I’ve been there before. Usually, I get so bored that I end up doing stupid, destructive things just to give myself something to fix and force myself to do something.
People often tell me to reflect on what type of stuff fulfills me, what activities make me lose track of time. And there’s many. Drawing and writing being the main ones. But honestly it’s rare when I’m able to do it for over 10 hours. And there’s a lot of time on the day. It makes me feel suicidal, but in a different way. Not looking at it with so much desperation and sadness like I used to. But genuinely considering it, thinking that honestly there’s nothing else to do. I’m not in pain, I’m not sad. I just don’t feel human. To those who’ll recommend going to therapy, I already do, I’ve gone to many, I also have a psychiatrist. It seems like suicide is all there is. The other option is just waiting this out but I don’t really want to. It’s something lazy and weak to think, but I’m so bored and empty I don’t care. I’m just tired

I tired everything and stood on my head; I could not get the iOS app to connect on multiple devices and was successful on multiple controllers except this one. Only when I used the windows app on a laptop was I able to interface with it. Why?

I study in Mumbai's one of the best university, and there's one girl in my class. The very first month of the start of university, she saw me, and when one day she got a chance and the chair beside me was empty, she came and sat with me and asked me to explain what the teacher was explaining.
She also asked me to walk with her throughout the university, and then we went to drink coconut water.
When I was sleepy, but I didn't want to sleep during the class, she used to ask me to get some sleep beside her.
Also, on my birthday, she got a cake and called and again wished me during the evening. She notices every small thing: my haircut, my dressing sense, shoes, even my mobile.
During one lecture, she was exploring my mobile, and then the teacher found us discussing and threw us out. Takes my phone for using my Hotspot and camera and she's sweet as well.
What you guys think? Should I approach?

I want to start by saying that I'm STRICTLY free to play, and have never spent money on this game. God bless the whales for bankrolling me. I just got Eitri and I have no earthly idea what the problem was supposed to be.
I blew through the diner way faster than I thought I would. I was busy all weekend travelling and thought I would have to work hard to catch up, but I ended up with a week to spare. It was basically three steps:

  1. Reach the max refill - anyone can do it, probably took 3ish sittings, just like when I was doing my dailies on Friday and Monday instead of normal ladder games.
  2. Escape Jell-o - literally just get lucky, Jell-o table sucks. Ignore the table below it, it's a trick. I reached this table this morning and admittedly hit empty a few times. It's tough but you can't lose forever.
  3. Play Pie - The pie table isn't really competitive at all and every real win brings you meaningfully closer to 15 mil. The first time I made it out of Jell-o, I closed the distance in a few games and that was that. If you want a reward past 15 mil idk what to tell you. Maybe those rewards are reserved for really distinguished players and we just aren't that? Who cares.
The main trick is to have a decent snap line. The extra snaps mean that early retreats are almost always justifiable. I played a modified destroy w/ nimrod win condition (as I'm missing most of the other big pieces, again, f2p). If I didn't draw my win condition by first snap, I retreated. If I did, I moved forward. Retreat if a negatives goes off or an armor comes up. Rinse and repeat, easy as that.
When I first downloaded snap a few months ago, I held off joining the sub as everyone seemed like a tryhard- what the hell happened, guys? Diner is a free mode with a new card as a reward, clear parameters, and an obvious strategy. Why are even experienced players moaning like they're being abused? Is someone making you play Diner? Do you need Eitri that bad?
I personally think people are getting frustrated at this mode because you can't just get the reward the lazy way (time or money). Dumping meaningless grind time doesn't do anything if you can't snap, or you'll just get cleared out and have to wait, and if you want to pay you're way to the top you better have the bank account to support that decision. Instead, the reward goes to players who have a modest amount of skill and strategy and can overcome a straighforward challenge. Since when did gamers resent a challenge?
This game arguably has problems, but Diner is an inoffensive and creative mode that offers f2p guys like me a neat card as a reward for some good wins. I couldn't imagine complaining about it.

Quick background My dad and his sister both have UC in different forms. One worse than the other. I was diagnosed about a year ago as mild UC.
My symptoms when diagnosed were; - Frequent toilet visits 20-30 a day. - Bloating - Calprotectin levels @ 6000+ (my consultant thought I had cancer) - but I never had blood in my stool.
During my colonoscopy, there was nothing visible despite my calprotectin levels being high. I was diagnosed based on the lab analysis of the biopsy’s.
Smoking story
In may 2024 I went to watch a football match abroad and scheduled a trip Friday to Sunday. I was in the middle of a flare up. 15-20 times a day. Again, no blood. The plane journey was relatively comfortable but I had gone 4-5 times before getting on. None on the plane.
Landed, and it wasn’t too bad. Once before the taxi.
In the hotel it was bad. We are due to go out for dinner and I can’t stop going.
In desperation, I’m searching for a remedy, as I cannot be like this the next day in the stadium, the toilets there would be disgusting. At this stage, I’ll do anything to bring back to the level it was at the day before.
I’m with a cousin, who is a pharmacist and I’m considering asking him to go out and find me Imodium.
Randomly, I come across the paper in the picture.
So I ask my cousin to pass me a cigarette. I light 4 back to back.
The first one - nothing Second one - that worm feeling on my left hand side is settling. Third one - the worm has stopped but there’s something still not normal. Fourth one - all gone.
We get ready, no pain and urge. We walk 15 mins - still nothing I light another one. We get to the restaurant, I smoke all night. Not once did I feel the urge to go.
I smoke all weekend - my bowel movement is back to 1/2 normal stools a day.
I come back home. My Mrs hates the smell. I stop.
By Thursday the stool frequency is at 10-12 and increasing.
On the weekend I smoke again - back down to 1-2 a day.
I stop until the next Wednesday and it’s coming back.
I start smoking/vaping on the the following Friday and I’ve been in remission since.
I know it seems untrue - but I now smoke 2-3 times a day.
Coincidentally, my dad who hasn’t smoke his whole life and who didnt believe me has started smoking once a day after I insisted.
He was in a small flair up - now in remission.
Coincidence, placebo or whatever it is - it has worked for me.
