Hi all, I’m starting to get a little nervous about my flight attendant application with Delta. I completed the self recorded interview on 11/3, and have been receiving the generic “your application is still in review” emails about once a week since. It’s worrying me because it seems like a lot of people on here have either been denied or gotten their F2F invitation within a week. Am I overreacting?

I have recently resigned from my job for a new role in a different industry. My work asked where I was going and I have decided not to tell them to protect my privacy as there is no clause in my contract saying I need to, and my direct management is quite toxic. They have asked me again in a formal meeting which I replied again, I legally don’t have to and I would prefer not to. I have since found out they have been asking my colleagues if they know where I’m going/what my next role is. Do I need to legally disclose to them where I am going if there’s no clause in my contract stating I do, and is this getting borderline obsessive/badgering by my management? What steps can I take to ensure either they stop asking me/my colleagues and continue to keep my privacy from their toxic mindset?

so i’m not a lesbian just a woman, meaning i don’t have the personal experience of how to date a woman. now, my story is not a romance book, it is a fantasy with a romantic sub-plot between the protagonist and one of her friends. when i read my work, it feels like the relationship is natural. whilst i’m a perfectionist as most writers, one of the few things im content with in my work are my characters and their relationships and development.
contextually, as i feel this is important, my protagonist grew up in a strictly religious, and patriarchal/traditional cult and she has been married to a man before. i feel these are important factors in navigating the sapphic romance. neither of the characters are those classic “masculine and feminine” combinations - but if i had to describe them, one would be slightly more feminine in personality (nurturing and empathetic). my protagonist is a lot more hardy and defensive due to her upbringing so this romance will be slow-burn. so i just want to know:
- what sort of tropes/cliches do i avoid? i want lesbians to be able to read my work and see real people, not grimace in disgust over stereotypes
- any details that a sapphic romance may have that i as a straight women might look over by accident?
- what do people, (lesbians specifically) want to see when they see lesbians in literature? i’ve consumed few novels with sapphic romance but they’ve been atrocious imo.
- what do people want to see in a sapphic romance fantasy novel?
