Guys im struggling to find the best health care here in my country, i got laughed at, by explaining my case. Believe it or not Long Covid is real. I have developed weird symptoms after my last infection, turned out many Long Covid sufferers experienced the same as i do. Go visit covidlonghaulers if youve been questioning your health after Covid infection. I thought i was crazy.
Trust me i didn’t even think about this before, im a young guy with very healthy lifestyle but many of us sufferes are young! I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
This is a long shot, are there doctors/specialist in Malaysia that are aware of Long Covid? long covid affects the gut, brain, and mostly nerves

Last night, I lost my sweet Willow. She wasn’t just a cat to me—she was my daughter, my habit, and my constant companion. She was so small, so pure, and full of love. A few weeks ago, she was perfectly fine, and now she’s gone, leaving a hole in my life that I don’t know how to fill.
In her last moments, I prayed for her pain to end, and while it feels like a small comfort that she is no longer suffering, I can’t shake the emptiness and sadness. I see her everywhere—on the chair she loved, in the routines we shared, and in the quiet moments when I feel her absence the most. I keep asking myself where she is now. Is she at peace? Does she know how much I love her?
I feel like I’ve lost a part of myself, and I don’t know how to move forward. I don’t feel like eating or doing anything. Willow was my world, and now that she’s gone, I’m struggling to make sense of it all.
For those of you who have experienced the loss of a pet, how did you cope? How do you deal with the silence and the emptiness they leave behind? I’d love to hear any advice or comforting thoughts you might have.

2024.11.27 10:00 lentilhas2 RYZEN 3600 with a Rtx 3070
So I bought a Rtx 3060 ti with 8gb I was able to play on my highest frames yet (200) but I would still have between 85 and 150 fps on Fortnite performance mode with some stutters. I don't know if it is from the Ryzen 3600 cpu with the Rtx 3060. I sold my GPU and I'm planning on buying the 3070. I'm not only playing that game, I also play days gone, COD, Palworld, monster hunter, state of decay and maybe sparking zero.
Should I buy the Ryzen 5600 and the rtx 3070 Or just the rtx, idk if it's too much power for the CPU. My monitor refresh rate is 165hz and the game would still feel a little clunky and I changed the rr to the 165. It would maybe be 500 all together so I'm just trying to see what's the best option (can't be asked to spend 500).
If you know of any type of GPU with the same poweprice it would be nice to know. I also know about 6700X but idk if it would be a good choice
