Alright, Iāve posted about this a few times, but Iām trying again, hoping someone with experience in the very specific requirements of my state can help me out.
Iām 16 and trying to get my GED in New York. The website attached lists the requirements, and this (https://www.acces.nysed.gov/hse/overview-eligibility-requirements-regents-hse-exam) go into detail.
I was told by someone that I might be able to take it online via a state that didnāt have a residency requirement, which doesnāt make a whole lot of sense to me ā¢ how do they prevent cheating? -do you need to be in one of their (online) testing locations? ā¢ How would I even be able to sign up for that? ā¢In NY, they cover the cost of tho testānot the biggest deal at the end of the day if I have to pay for it, but just another factor in the equation.
The requirement to take the test in-state is to be registered as homeschooled, but NY has some strange rules about that. For example, a parent needs to submit a form that states their childās plan, which has to comply with a standard (and approved) high school curriculum (link here).
Since the GED is an equivalent, will it work? I certainly wonāt be able to do both a normal k-12 course and take the GED, not that itāll even make sense to do soā¦
I donāt have a perfectly loving home situation, but if I knew exactly what to do, Iād have a better shot at making this happen. Iāve tried contacting the Department of Education multiple times, but Iāve gotten three or four different answers every time Iāve called.
If anyone has any advice or experience with this, please let me know!

I have registered a CS(OS) in Delhi High Court for partition of my share of the land. The Khevat have 6 co-sharers inculding myself, my mother and my brother and three cousins. My borther did a agreement of sale to share a particular piece of the joint agricultural property which lies on the road, this would have stopped my access to my farm. Additionally, Property Dealers mafia's are making illegal colonies. I approached an advocate from my own village (extended family, this was my first mistake I should have known that he will not keep my interest as his first priority). He asked me for a fees of Rs. 125,000 to which I agreed. But he told me that he will not appear for me directly but instead one of his Associates will appear on my behalf.
Now, My mother lives with me and we have a good relation and she has asked me to prepare a gift deed for her share of the land to which I have agreed and approached the same advocate and he took his fees "Rs. 25,000" and now telling me that NOC for the said land will cost a little more. I was still OKAY with this, but now when I have told him multiple time to file a Written Statement (W/S) for my mother he didn't pay any heed to my request and one month period given by the court is long gone (20th November' 24) . He kept on telling me he would do it but he never did.
Now, when I again asked him yesterday whether not filing written statement will harm my case in any way. He told me that he would file the reply and appear for my mother on her behalf for a standard fees of Rs. 25,000. I think this is too much for appearing on her behlaf for 2-3 hearings (since we will shortly register the gift deed and he will have to appear for hearing atmost 2-3 times)
What do you guys think ? I feel stressed because of this finanical burden and feel he is washing his hands in the flowing river.

Think of a local butcher or bakery struggling with pricing or inventory decisions, after getting whatever generic advice they can gather from ChatGPT or the Internet.
It's extremely difficult to achieve for reasons this forum needn't be told. I don't think they'll succeed. Do you?

We are an Australian business and we recently expanded to the UK.
We have found that sales from the UK are not attributing conversions to paid campaigns often. While we love organic sales, it appears as though this isnāt accurate.
We changed our conversion data to enhanced data which helped somewhat but itās still really off, making it hard to look at daily performance. We do find with some delay (a few days), it cleans up a bit but not sure if that impacts the campaign performance.
I know GDPR probably has something to do with this, but is this a common finding with Europe/UK? Anything we can do to improve this?
