Hola a todos,
Necesito ayuda con una situación bastante frustrante. Fui baneado de Fortnite hace años, y ahora mi cuenta está inhabilitada. El problema es que no me han explicado el motivo exacto de mi baneo. Mi cuenta fue robada en varias ocasiones, y contacté con Epic Games para recuperarla. Después de eso, me aplicaron un baneo sin darme más detalles, solo me dicen que el baneo está correctamente aplicado y no lo van a levantar. Sin embargo, no me han proporcionado ningún motivo específico y no tengo forma de defenderme.
He intentado ponerme en contacto con ellos miles de veces, pero siempre recibo la misma respuesta: "Tu sanción está correctamente aplicada y no será retirada". Y eso es todo. ¿Alguien sabe por qué ocurre esto o cómo puedo proceder?
Para dar más contexto, siempre he jugado en PS4 y cuando me pasé a PC, comencé a tener problemas de conexión y VPN. Jamás he hecho trampas en Fortnite. He estado jugando desde la temporada 1 y he invertido mucho dinero y tiempo en el juego, comprando skins y otras cosas. Incluso les pedí que revisaran mis estadísticas de kills, muertes, partidas ganadas y perdidas para demostrar que no hice trampa, pero no me dieron respuesta.
No descarto que, en algún momento, mi PC haya tenido algo extraño (posiblemente por el robo de cuentas), pero nunca usé hacks ni trampas intencionadamente. Además, tengo pruebas: en mi canal de YouTube y Twitch, donde realizaba directos, se pueden ver muchas de mis partidas, y todos pueden comprobar que jamás utilicé ningún tipo de trampa ni programa externo. Puedo demostrar con grabaciones y estadísticas de esas partidas que nunca hice nada ilegal en el juego.
A pesar de todo, sigo recibiendo la misma respuesta de Epic, y no sé qué hacer más. Me gustaría saber si existe alguna forma de tomar acciones legales, o por lo menos, que Epic me proporcione detalles claros sobre el motivo del baneo, para poder defenderme adecuadamente.
He invertido mucho en tiempo y dinero, y no quiero perder mi cuenta sin entender qué ha pasado. ¿Alguien ha pasado por algo similar o sabe cómo puedo proceder?

 | I was zoning out😂. I was like “Ok 60ml * pouring water *” “Oh damn I supposed to make koicha, not usucha!” And it’s already 45ml when I realised. So it’s not thick, nor watery. Just too runny for koicha. So I decided to pour it over ice cream. Affogato to the rescue! (One of Ippodo recommendations of how to enjoy Shoin no Mukashi) I had even made nerikiri—as Ippodo also recommends—a day before (not a proper nerikiri I know lol). And I really wanted to enjoy koicha with it. I tried this runny koicha a little and ate it with nerikiri. And wow, whatta good combo! Sadly the vanilla ice cream was too sweet, so it kinda dulled down the matcha profile. I prefer enjoying Shoin no Mukashi as usucha, and koicha with wagashi.
