2024.11.27 07:23 NoWrongdoer421 How to not run out of energy as Assassination Rogue?
I'm not a new player, however I am VERY new to Rogue, which is the character I boosted to 70 with the boost that came with the new expac. I've been enjoying it a lot so far, started with Outlaw and moved to Assassination.
However, as I got to 80 and started doing stuff like the Timewalking raid, I noticed that I ended up running out of energy a lot and had to spend quite a bit of time auto attacking to get enough to even just use mutilate. I know I'm definitely not nailing the rotation, but I'm keeping up the bleeds and poisons pretty decently along with being careful not to overcap on combo points. Yet, I still kinda run out of energy a little bit into the fight.
I feel like there has to be something big I'm not understanding regarding energy and how to spend it/generate it (though it seems like a resource that generates on its own), but I'm really not sure. Google seems to suggest that this is definitely not how Assassination should be played, but it also doesn't seem to suggest anything I'm not already doing.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
