 | I’ve been “nannying” my disabled neighbors’ 12-year-old Yorkshire terrier mix since June. His name is Tyson My neighbors claim I’m his human. He follows me everywhere, only listens to me, “protects” me from threatening-looking people, whines for my attention, and other stuff I recently left for a 2.5wk trip without notice. He’s been acting strange since I came back, and my neighbors say the same I’ve seen him for the past week now, and during our past 4 walks (2 of which I came over afterwards) he:
My neighbors also said the past 3 nights, he’s been whining and crying all throughout the night. They even said he started howling one night and started sleeping with them on their bed instead of being in his dog bed, all of which has never happened before Because of the recent change of behavior, I decided to take him to his favorite spot that’s 20min away from us to see if his behavior would change. He kept whining and crying during the ride until I pulled over… As soon as I pulled over, he crawled into my lap and stopped crying When we got there, he was all back to normal. Pep in his step, tail up and wagging, all that happy stuff. I do continue to plan to monitor his behaviors our next few visits and update my neighbors. Filipino ALT applicant here for the 2025 JET Programme.
I have been wanting to apply since 2018 and finally had the courage and time to execute my plan. I submitted the necessary documents for next year's batch last month. I sent out all the forms via courier (Lalamove), so I do not have any confirmation that the embassy received them other than the message from Kuya Rider that he gave my documents to the security guards stationed at the gate during that time.
My other paranoia (lol) is the fact that despite having teaching experience with both high school and college students, I submitted my documents without any Japanese language proficiency certification. Although this is considered a supplemental document (based on their website), I still can't help but feel that this could be a weak aspect of my application. I did not have time to enroll in or apply to proficiency centers since I'm a DINK and still working on weekends. Haha.
Anyways, waiting always tricks someone's mind. Regardless of the results next year, I am beyond grateful to finally have the courage to apply. 🤍

What's the best smaller monitor you can get for work/casual/movies. I may game on it occasionally too, but don't care at all about how good it is for gaming. Prefer either 24 or 27 inches, but might consider going up to 32.
Most importantly, it must not give me eye strain or head aches of any kind!

Hi, I have Thrustmaster TX with acelith wheel mode and I like it, it's everything I need and it's been flawless during the 11 months I've had it so I have no problem staying loyal to TM, and I could use my Acelith modded wheel as well. Thinking about upgrading, but 650 Eur, plus 30 for that thing to mount it on my wheel stand sounds a lot when I see prices of like like Moza, Fanatec and Simmagic for example. Is there any way to get it cheaper, has it's price ever been reduced?

About a year ago we moved to a townhouse and basically took over previous tenants lease. There were two other people on that lease who stayed when we moved in.
After 6 months the lease ended and we had to sign another one. they increased the rent from $810 to $910 which we had to accept.
During this year, 4 people have breaken their lease and found another person to move in. Now again, one of us, the lease holders is moving out and found a new person to move in. Today we got an email from our property manager that they require new entry inspection and we need to pay for all the repairs before they accept this break lease.
We still continue to stay here because we dont need to move but feels absurd that they require to do entry condition report in the middle of our lease. Especially when theres lot of talk about how these property managers in this place dont pay peoples bond back and refer something small wear and tear stuff etc.
We haven't done any damage but i'm 100% sure thay they'll "find" something that we need to pay. Is this really normal and legal here?

This is a major misconception but Black Blades has never been stated to be Armament Haki and it wouldn't make much sense if they were.
First of all, Hardening Haki is actually invisible, no one in the OP World can see that. So if the black blade was permanent Hardening then it wouldn't make sense for anyone to call it black blade since no one can see that. Plus, Mihawk told Zoro to use armament Haki, not to turn his black blade.
Something else that confirms this is the fact we have seen chatacters not use Haki with black blades. Zoro for example didn't use Haki against Monet which would confirm that Shusui isn't coated in Haki permanently. And same would apply for Mihawk against Buggy
Another argument for them not being permanent CoA is the fact that Zoro himself doesn't know how to make them which would be weird if he spent 2 years learning how to use Armament Haki with Mihawk.
This would explain why RogeShanks/Xebec didn't achieve it, they certainly didn't lack Haki but maybe theh lacked something else we don't know about
