 | Hello, I am stuck at 92/100 performance score on mobile devices for my website nextbestai.com To get to this score was rough, and I have done all I can think of in terms of cache and using lightweight builders like elementor and blocksy. Now from the pagespeed insights it seems the issue comes from LCP , more specifically the H1 which covers quite a big chunk of space over the fold. I have tried editing, simplifying it, but it still won't get my score higher / lower the LCP. What am I missing? Hi all, just here to vent in the hopes I don’t become a crying mess.
Had my little one at 36+6 via emergency C-section, just as we were in the middle of moving home (and our new place’s renovations had fallen behind). Didn’t matter. Was extremely grateful that we were both healthy and okay. Milk came in a few days later and everyone remarked on how surprising it was that I had so much.
Long story short; now six weeks later, I feel like my supply is on its last legs. First there were feeding problems and tongue tie for baby (which is now fixed); we had to stay with my parents so getting into a pumping routine was hard, as was trying to reinforce boundaries etc; my supply dropped but I got it back but I’ve barely been able to pump once a day (then had husband on nights, so no pumping for a week). Was advised to not force baby to breast because we’d both been a bit traumatised by that happening in hospital. Was told to just keep pumping. Now this week, I’ve been told that no, I should’ve stuck to putting her to the breast and skin to skin.
We’re in our own home now and things are a bit settled but I’m heartbroken that I’ve been working so hard (I’ve also had some postpartum symptoms which I’m being seen for - largely linked to this) but I still feel like I’ve failed. For the past three days, I’ve been using a hospital grade pump - it worked wonders the first time but then I realised it wasn’t creating enough suction. Now I’m back to my electric pump (Lola & Lykke) but it’s only one breast at a time and I keep having this weird raised circle on my nipple afterwards?
I’d love to spend my day doing skin to skin only but it’s not practical. Baby is also now cluster feeding so whatever interest she had in trying breastfeeding again, she’s too impatient for and there’s not enough milk to encourage her. I don’t know what to do. She’s thriving on formula but she only started it accidentally (long story short - we got sold a pump with an empty box, so had to start her on formula a friend donated that night). But I see how breast milk helps her constipation and colic and I’ve come this far, I don’t want to give up now.
Right now, giving up would upset me more than to keep going, but I just don’t know what to do. I’ve reached out to my original lactation consultant (who was fabulous), as other midwives have been giving me conflicting advice (that so far, hasn’t ever really worked for me and baby). I’m looking to buy a wearable double pump to help me do it more, but it’s expensive and at this point, it just feels like I’m failing.
I know my supply may never go back to how it was in the beginning but if it’s still there, I’d like to try.
Tl;dr: breastfeeding journey has been incredibly hard so far, don’t want to give up when I’ve lasted this long but looking for advice/support on not giving up and not feeling like a total failure. :(

so my ex and i broke up about a year ago, but continued to be somewhat friends until about two months ago. i still love him, even tho he wasn’t the best boyfriend. i know he wasn’t great, but i wasn’t great either. we went through so much in our time together, id call what we had towards the end more of a trauma bond than being in love. i know i shouldn’t even like him still but no matter how hard i try to convince myself that i don’t like him, all the good times we had come flooding back. even with all the bad that i try to put to the forefront to move on, i still think of him fondly and i get mad at myself for it. i genuinely don’t know how to get over him. i’ve cut all contact with him since September and i don’t check up on him or check his social media or anything, i even went as far as to block him on everything so he can’t contact me but i still find him on my brain multiple times a day and i miss him a lot. i don’t know how to move on. i know it says time heals all wounds but how long is this going to take 😭 i think the part that hurts the most still is that i genuinely thought we could fix everything and be together forever (obviously i know that now that that’s not how it works and wouldn’t have been good for either of us but it still hurts)
i also know that there’s no chance of us getting back together. 1: because it was a very traumatic relationship for me and i couldn’t see myself going back to him, even tho i would definitely give it another try for the 200th time. 2: there was too much hurt and heartache all around for either of us to move past i think.
i try to do the things i love, i try to go out with friends and do hobbies and ive even started taking better care of myself, trying to love myself the way i need to in order to find a good happy love with myself before finding it with someone else, hes still here in my head and my heart and it sucks really bad
any advice would help greatly.
