So my husband might be traveling to Brattleboro for a week of training for work. We are from Western Pennsylvania. We have never been to Vermont and I intend to come along with him and bring our three young children. This will be sometime in December or January so it will definitely be cold. I have tried to find stuff to do in the area but I'm having a hard time coming up with anything that isn't very outdoorsy or close by. Any tips on how I could get through a week there with young kids or where I could find some things for them to do? Even if it's out of my way to a little more suburban area where there are stores, malls, movies, etc or towards a larger city with museums, science centers, etc.

Disclaimer: this happened in 2021 and am no longer in this relationship. I just want to see how the internet feels.
In 2021 I had been broken up with and was on dating apps looking for people local to me. The usual stuff you do after breaking up with an LDR you heavily invested in.
I met a girl called Marianne, we went on a few dates, kissed a bit. I offered the idea of making some playlists.
I think it's fun to share music, it acts as a bonding experience, and gives us something to talk about. I also frequently do this with my friends and have a few collaborative playlists too.
Marianne and I didn't pan out and this is fine. We decided to remain friends and we kept the playlists, giving them decidedly more platonic names, etc. This happened around July. We hang out sporadically, often catching up on life and other things.
Fast forward a few weeks and I meet Kayley. This is in October.
We have a different kind of magnetism and she asks if I want to go out with her and be exclusive. Despite it being a pretty quick turnaround I felt ready for a new relationship and she ticked a lot of my boxes, so I said yes. I was pretty elated at the time.
It was at this point that I went ahead and made a playlist for Kayley. This was a completely new playlist with different songs, different image, different title.
Kayley looked through my Spotify and saw the playlist I had made for Marianne and she freaked out, saying hers "wasn't special anymore" and that she wasn't going to listen to it anymore.
I tried to explain that I didn't do this to upset her and that my endeavour with the playlist was a sincere attempt to show her I cared about her.
At this point I kinda ghosted Marianne as I felt guilty talking to her, despite her firmly being a friend in my mind. She also found a boyfriend in this time. Any threat from her was imagined by Kayley (that's how I feel, at least.)
Things with Kayley didn't last much longer after this as she became increasingly resentful and bitter toward me. She seemed to hate everything I did but never once tried to leave, I was the one who had to break up with her.
Did I mess up? Should I have deleted Marianne's playlist?

I'm absolutely fascinated with AI and always looking at ways to experiment. I wanted to share my workflow with you and the end result. I'm not a master of 3D sculpting or resin printing, however, the results are pretty impressive. I used a combination of Claude 3.5 (to create the prompt for flux), Flux-Pro (for the reference image) and Tripo AI to generate the mesh, then exported it to .obj and smoothed out the model in Nomad sculpt. I sliced and supported it in Lychee, and then printed using Chitubox and the Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra. It printed in around 2hrs and 40 mins - solid. I need to now, clean it up, prime and paint and then give to my daughter who loves Koalas. I'm thinking this process could be used to create cute ornaments for our xmas tree. Would you try this out too?

I want to replace the rear hub (Shimano FH-MT410-B) on my Giant XTC SLR 2 bike with a more reliable hub. What should I be looking for to make sure that I pick a hub that’s compatible with my bike?
What I’ve gathered from my reasearch so far is: * Through axle diameter and length: 12x148 mm * Disk brake type: center locking * Number of holes for the spokes * Microspline to fit a 12 speed cassette
Is there anything else I’m missing? Also, with higher reliablility and less need for maintenance as the main goal, would the Shimano XT HB-M8110 be a good option, or do you have other recommendations?

It seems like Mirage is still going strong, so I could just upgrade that a bit if I want something competitive. I was also building Rapidmon, Leomon and imperialdramon if any of those are worth commiting to. Then I was also interested in ST18 and 19, are they worth picking up? (I assume so because they have the training reprints)

Just purchased SUAR and going through with following a program, my problem was stacking multiple programs ontop of eachother, doing Jake Zweigs program for the high mileage ontop of strength training, but now committing and maintaining the discipline to follow 1 program.
My understanding is each program that you utilize only produces the desired effect based on what you put into it
This might sound dumb but what’s the general timeline of being kind of fit in the USAF to SFAS ready ?

Like don’t get me wrong, I still love his videos and watch his new ones, but it feels like after the lethal company video, he’s more so just talking about the games he’s playing, instead of mainly showing his funny commentary and moments with the rest of the guys. I know it’s a stupid complaint, I just don’t think he’s that funny anymore.

 | Last week, I pulled the pocket clip off of my 940 to prep for an ATV trip into the Ozarks (don’t want a tree snagging it!). When pulling off the clip, one of the screws stripped out. (very little torque applied, the screw head stripped immediately…) Bummer. My plan was to reinstall it after the trip, but the bad screw was simply unusable. I emailed the warranty guys at Benchmade asking if I could purchase a new set of screws and a day later, Patrick from customer support got back and said they would ship out replacement screws free of charge. Sweet! This morning, a small envelope from Oregon was in my mailbox and to my delight, not only did they include a full screw set, they also threw in a new pocket clip. Super awesome! I don’t know if I could stomach the price of another 940 any time soon, but it’s the little things like this that make me significantly more comfortable giving them my money. Shout out to Patrick! My wife and I opened a Pilates / physical therapy studio 2 months ago. We offer one on one physical therapy, one on one Pilates privates, and small group classes (5 people). So far business has been great and already turning a profit(blessed).
We rent a retail space in a shopping center and our landlord reached out as there is a vacancy right next door that a yoga instructor is wanting to lease. The landlord expressed wanting to respect our business and is letting us decide if we want to allow such a similar business next door.
On one side I see this as direct competition to us especially with us having just started. On the other side I have the mind set that “a rising tide lifts all boats” and think any business to increase fitness/wellness is a good thing and there is opportunity for both businesses to thrive.
What would you do in this scenario?
A few question I have that I am not sure of yet: Is it a brand new yoga business or an established business changing locations? Does the yoga instructor have a collaborative or competitive mindset? Does the yoga business offer any private or individualized service(how we do) or only large group classes?
