Sometimes there are the arrow green, but not all times. What is the expected outcome if you're stuck in the middle of the road to turn right but didn't have a chance? You just stay there until it goes green again and try to be the first against oncoming traffic?

estou interessada por um homem que é instrutor de academia (furada, eu sei), já peguei ele me encarando quando achou que eu não tava vendo e ele de vez em quando sorrir pra mim de um jeito que mexe comigo.
eu sempre achei nojento pessoas que dão em cima dos profissionais no ambiente de trab etc, eu mesma nunca fiz isso, na verdade eu não costumo flertar ninguém, espero chegarem em mim.
Mas me sinto muito atraída por ele, ele é reservado, gentil e tem boa aparência. Agindo de maneira contraditória a minha personalidade perguntei se ele era comprometido para uma funcionária que sempre fala comigo e ela e outra mulher disseram que ele namora. Porém no instagram dele, tem tudo sobre a vida dele, foto da família, do filho (ele deve ser bemm mais velho, tem cabelo grisalho já, eu tenho 23 anos), cantando, viajando, mas não tem nenhuma mulher no insta dele fora a mãe e alunas, nenhum comentário de mulher que possa ser namo dele e na bio dele não tem nada indicando compromisso. Vocês acham que ele namora? O que eu devo fazer? Sou bem tímida e não quero ser talarica.

Hello. I want to launch a project on AWS and I was planning out the Infrastructure I will be using. At first, I thought maybe I should set up AWS Auto Scaling group and load balancer and AWS CodeDeploy for deployments to the mentioned Auto Scaling group, but later on I thought what's the point of all this if the project will not have any traffic anyway and maybe it is better to just launch it using a single EC2 Instance and create a more comprehensive Infrastructure later on.
Do you guys think it is better to set up the whole infrastructure correctly from the beginning or is it better to make it as simple as possible until there is traffic and only then to change it to more normal Infra ?

2024.11.27 12:30 Legitimate_Fly8634 Sodium is causing constant hypertension
Hi everyone. I have a confirmed hyper pots diagnosis. I had to get off of Corlanor recently because of a pregnancy, but I've since miscarried and the plan is to get back on the Corlanor. However. Corlanor did raise my BP a bit while I was on it.
When off, I switched to LMNT because the mio electrolytes I was doing had too much sugar and when I saw LMNT, the no sugar was the selling point. I only have one of these a day, mixed in 32 oz of water. That's 1g of salt. When I finish this 32oz, I drink up to another 32oz of just plain water. I've felt much better on LMNT, but I think, even just the 1g of salt is also raising my bp because I've been consistently high since switching. Yesterday I measured at 155/110, which isn't good. No symptoms of hypertension, and less POTS symptoms. Honestly, it was comparable to just taking Corlanor which lowers my HR but doesn't stop the 30+ increase.
Since Dr wants me to go back on Corlanor they want my to reduce sodium now....I really, really like LMNT and have a large supply. This much sodium has also been helping despite the hypertension. I told her as much, but with the Corlanor having a side effect of raising BP, I understand there's a huge risk there. For now I'm taking half doses and measuring BP to see what happens.
Anyone have ideas on keeping the sodium intake but not raising BP? Do I just need to drink more plain water to flush some of it out? I don't have much salt in my diet already so I found the hypertension surprising given how little salt I consume for someone with POTS. I understand we aren't doctors, but I'm looking to see if anyone is experiencing something similar and found something that worked or really just anything I didn't think of.
