Hey everyone,
I made a mistake while setting up my Facebook Ads campaign. I’m running a conversion campaign with 5 ad sets. Initially, I intended to allocate $50 per day per ad set, but I accidentally set it up with a CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) of $50 split across all 5 ad sets.
The campaign ran for part of the day and spent $23 before I caught the mistake. I’ve since corrected the budget to $50 per ad set.
Should I be concerned about how this mistake might affect the campaign’s performance going forward, and what should I do now?

2024.11.27 14:32 TunedOutMartian New neurologist has me worried about topamax intake

I (27F) have been dealing with daily migraines since July 29, 2024. I was admitted to the hospital for a week in August, was out of work for 3 months on STD, and was released to work by my previous neurologist only after discussing with him that I couldn’t afford to not work any longer.
My previous neurologist, who I have been seeing since early September, started me on Topamax of 25mg, 2x a day. When that wasn’t showing signs of working he quickly upped the dosage to 100mg 2x a day. He thought I might have been suffering from high pressure headaches and ordered a lumbar puncture, which showed my opening pressure was normal. I followed all the correct post op procedures and still needed a blood patch to fix the migraines that followed, but my initial migraines still persisted.
October 16, 2024 he upped my topamax again.. 200 mg 2x a day. I’m now taking this medication at 400mg total every day. My cognitive function has been rapidly declining. I can barely remember to do any chores around the apartment which frustrates myself and my husband. I can’t follow a conversation, and I work in a high volume claims environment so I’m mortified on how my productivity will be now that I’m back at work.
Now, I had no clue that Topamax was the cause of any of this until I met with my new neurologist yesterday morning and she informed me. With how high the dosage I’m on and how long it’s been, she’s worried of the effects of just cutting me off, and wants to taper me down slowly back to 100mg a day. I can’t start just yet due to an issue with my pharmacy that I’m working out 🫠She also recommended Botox injections around my hairline to ease the tension surrounding my migraines since they’ve been going on for so long.
Tl;dr - did my first neurologist screw me and will I have fucked up cognition indefinitely thanks to the 400mg daily topamax that I’ve been taking?

Am I the only short girl who is more plus-sized? I can't imagine it.
For the last 8+ years, I have bought pants at Athleta because I could have them hemmed at no charge. I need an XL or 16-18, and Athleta, like most brands, does not carry those sizes in petite.
One of the last few times I went in a woman working there chastised me for buying a regular pant that needed so much cut off to be the right length, "Why don't you buy a petite?" she kept asking me over and over. I told her each time, trying not to get upset, that Athleta does not carry an XL in petite.
Over the summer I ordered two more pairs of a pant I love. I got busy and didn't get in to have them hemmed and when I finally went I was told they stopped this service, like the month prior. I am so bummed out.
If they do not offer this service I wish they would expand their petitie sizing. But for now - no more Athleta for me.

What in the actual fuck should I do? I’m 39, have my master’s in social work, and am a single mother to a 13-year-old. We only speak English. I want to leave, but where can I go? I’m terrified of what’s to come and sick of living in this cesspool of idiots who defy my personal morals and values.
I will likely not be able to retire because I lived a wild early life and never saved for retirement. I have no insurance (though my son currently does), and the insurance offered through my job is a joke. I’m $80,000 in student loan debt and don’t own anything of real value. I have a decent amount of savings and want to get out of here, but given my occupation, my child, and the fact that I’m not bilingual, where can I go?
I also don’t want to burn through my savings just to land in another misogynistic, racist, corporate-run country. So, what is there to do? Or am I just catastrophizing?
