2024.11.27 14:19 Straight_Sign_5712 Shortness of breath for 17 days now
I am a 28 y/o female and have had shortness of breath for 17 days now. I have been to the ER 4 times since last week and my PCP but have gotten no answers except anxiety. I truly don’t think it’s anxiety or panic attacks because I literally struggle to breathe 24/7. I haven’t been able to eat, and now it’s interfering with my sleep because I wake up often with my heart pounding and short of breath. At the ER I had a Xray, CT w/ contrast on my chest, ekgs, and bloodwork. My ekgs consistently show a steady arrhythmia and something at the top that says “pulmonary disease pattern”, and I have no idea what that means. The dr said it’s from me hyperventilating because it feel unable to catch my breath. My arterial blood gas indicates that I have been hyperventilating because of all the deep breaths I have been trying to take. But I have a hard time trusting doctors and trusting that something isn’t bad wrong with me. I should be able to breathe by now. They gave me Buspar for anxiety and also some lorazepam to calm the “panic attacks”. Panic attacks don’t last this long, right? I can’t even eat without feeling like I can breathe. I can’t sleep. I feel like I’m going crazy. I don’t want to take lorazepam forever just as a bandaid to an underlying issue. I’m a stay at home mom of 2 kids and I can’t be taking medicine that makes me drowsy or sluggish forever. I fear this will never get better and that I will never be able to breathe again… has anyone ever experienced this? What should I do? The doctors won’t help me so who will?

2024.11.27 14:19 Large_Cantaloupe8905 WOT Marks of Excellence Detailed Stats Analysis. Ran this using a Python code pulling player Mark of Excellence data from the official API for all 3 servers
 | Observations: - Figure 1: This graph illustrates that, on average, it takes players longer to earn their first Third Mark of Excellence, this makes sense since it requires more skill so a longer learning period. Also interesting to note, based on the difference in battle between the second mark and third mark it seems it takes greater then triple the time to improve to a third mark level, once achieving a second mark level. The shape of the graph also suggests that regardless of how much a player grinds, only about 30% of the player base has the talent required to achieve a third mark.
